As you hack your way through the jungle's vines and flora, you finally come upon your destination, the port city of Nyanzaru. The streets are full of bazaars and bustling crowds. Teens race young dinosaurs with dreams of entering the big tournaments held every week here. It seems so unreal to have this large of a metropolis in the jungle peninsula of Chult. People come from all over the realms to barter and trade here. Others, like you, come for the adventure that the jungles of Chult hold. But you are no tourist. You are part of a secret society known as the Ytepka, serving to protect Chult. You have been called to the port city for a reason. An old friend needs your help with a curse that has befallen the land. It will require finding the Tomb of Annihilation at the heart of a long lost city reclaimed by the jungles. And no one knows Chult better than the Amazons who co-founded the Ytepka society centuries ago.
There are all sorts of dangers in Chult right now. Frost Giants have been seen roaming the coastlines... in the jungle??? Pterafolk threaten the travelers from above, swooping down and scooping up helpless victims. The jungles are infested with Yuan-Ti cults and serpentine predators. The frog people known as Bullywugs have large tribes throughout the lands, some friendly, some extremely hostile. You won't survive by might alone in the jungles of Chult. You will need to keep your wits about you and know when to use diplomacy and when to cut and run.
This is the ☠︎︎ Tomb of Annihilation ☠︎︎ campaign. It will be a weekly game. There is an Amazon, matriarchal theme to this game, but it is open to any character type or identity. The gameplay will be fun and and I joke a lot. I like to keep things light with lots of roleplay for total escapism. Game-wise I am very knowledgeable about DnD and I can teach you if you need to learn. I also give my players a lot of agency and try not to keep things on-the-rail or predictable. This game is great for players who like rules, but enjoy taking games in random directions or doing things differently. This is a very exploration-driven campaign, so it works well for hex-crawls or dungeon delving.

This is probably my all time favorite official campaign. There is a lot of exploration possibility, a ton of puzzles to solve, and so many weird diplomatic situations that will require tact and quick thinking to navigate. Or you can just try to cut your way through everything. Either way, this is a game where the journey is absolutely amazing, and the destination just transforms the game in to a whole new experience in DnD. You are absolutely going to love this campaign.
