The world of Charisia is fifteen years deep into a great war. The Waling Empire, ruled by Emperor Gerik—a metallic dragonborn sovereign—has declared war on the world. Led by Gerik’s vision of draconic dominion, the Empire seeks nothing less than full control over all chromatic dragons.
Once, metallic and chromatic dragons had inched toward peace after centuries of conflict. Now, in less than two decades, Gerik’s fiery rhetoric and ruthless military have reignited the ancient feud. With Ledgeland and Darbury fallen, and Achortan under siege, the Empire threatens to dominate the western continent.
The Eastern Alliance rallies in response—sending soldiers, aiding refugees, and clashing with the Empire across Charisia. But not all within the alliance agree: some demand deeper involvement, while others call for withdrawal. As the war drags on, hope wanes, and the future of Charisia grows darker by the day…
