Welcome, to the world of Agathis.
This world is a wasteland of failures past, and yet you must ride out into it, unafraid. The gods are long dead, their thrones cold and empty, their miracles nothing more than fading echoes. Across the shattered lands of Agathis, the sun sets upon a world teetering on the edge of oblivion. Ruined cities sink into ashen earth, while demons stalk the night. Whispers tell of horrors stirring beneath the soil, ancient things that were never meant to wake.
Your predecessor has vanished and the king has left you a hamlet in his stead, and while the lands are valuable, multiple eyes have set upon it, for better or worse.
Hope, the very last of it, is now in your grasp. To either stand the tide against oblivion or to hasten ruin's arrival, the spark that will set this world ablaze is yours to wield.
Setting
The setting is located in the world of Agathis, a world filled with Lovecraftian horror, dark fey trickery, and evil that stalks the night. You as players will start out by heading out into the frontiers of the wilderness in the name of the Dominion of Ashenreach, one of the last bastions of known civilization, to stake a claim over the proprietor of the small town of Hollowmere. Hollowmere is found deep within the wilderness beyond the black woods, where men go mad, creatures stir trouble and secrets lie buried in wake. As the players arrive there they will be faced with moral dilemmas, evil schemes, and horrors out of this world.
This campaign is a grimdark/dark fantasy journey to create an immersive experience in which you will find yourself having to settle in a hostile frontier with multiple factions vying for control. You will have to engage in monster hunting against fiendish things that stalk the night, converse with politics to solve disputes, and uncover ancient mysteries that are buried beneath the blackened dirt. Whether you become a shining beacon of hope or divulge in sin in a grasp for power is entirely up to you.

How I run the game
I prefer to keep a healthy mix of combat, exploration, and roleplaying within my games, seeking to create an immersive experience, allowing players of all sorts to enjoy the game, though you'll find that I put particular emphasis on roleplay due to the nature of TTRPGs.
What you can expect from me are gorgeous maps, filled with ambiance and soundtracks, and great tokens to display any creature you may find. I love weaving the characters of players into the story and world around them so they can get as immersed as possible. Storytelling is at the heart of everything I do. Creating custom campaigns and encounters, weaving in unique character arcs, and ensuring that player choices actively shape the world.
Furthermore I love making engaging and interesting combat encounters, especially bosses, who will surely fulfill your strategical combat itch. The combat I run is tailored to the party's capabilities to make sure the danger is there, but is certainly not hopeless.
