Danica would shout out to the Seekers: "Attack the snakes! The Yuan-Ti!"

Meili rushed to the sound of battle. Thinking on the foot began a norm by now and she was absorbing the information on the go. The first "snake" that came into view was the first she attacked:
Movement: normal 40ft+Dash for 1 ki and BA

If any attack hit (and the Yuan-Ti is still alive) another ki point for Stunning Strike (Constitution saving throw 14 or be stunned until the end of your next turn)

Nalomanterys strides 30 ft toward the game trail and quickly assesses the situation. He sees that his allies are starting in on these reptilian people, so he attempts to disable some of them on the other side of the path.
((I'm having a bit of trouble seeing the hexes over the foliage, but I think I can get close enough to hit 4 snakemen on the other side of the path without hitting the mercs.)) No longer worried about stealth given the near-deafening peal of magical thunder, Nalomanterys calls out "Dormio!" while making a set of intricate hand gestures. He blows a pinch of sand into the air, which shimmers and glides toward the ambushing snakemen on the other side of the trail. [spell] sleep [/sleep] at rank 3.
Starting with the lowest HP, the 4 snakemen on the most top-right corner must absorb the amount of HP rolled, if they absorb their current HP, they fall asleep. 37
Just in case it magically changes, I rolled a 43. I'm not sure if there's a way to roll flat dice on the character sheet so it goes into the game log, so I did it this way.

Mica frowns and peers into the jungle trying to see what Danica was pointing out as she whispered. He barely had time to process her instructions before the sounds of the ambush echoed through the jungle and Danica rushed forward. Cursing, he rises up from the ground and follows Danica, only a little surprised to see the speedy Meili rush past. Mica moves up and strikes the same Yuan-Ti Meili attacks, slashing three times with his hand axes. (rolled with advantage due to stunned condition.)
Grimacing at the chaos she was surrounded by and added to, Danica pulls her scimitar from her belt. She was just glad at how quickly the Seekers were to act. Seeing that Meili and Mica are handling the threat closer to her, she rushes forward to the more monstrous looking serpentine person ahead of her and tries to take a slash at him.

Finally, the ambushed mercenaries get their wits back and join the fray. "Get off the trail!" one of them cries! "Close on them or we'll be butchered like pigs!"

The change in the battlefield layout for the moment went over Meili's head. The snake archer was still here, still standing (even if stunned) and she kept attacking the creature:

Watching Meili finish off the Yuan-ti archer they had grouped around, Danica turned to stare down the mercenaries who were looking at them none-too kindly. Meeting their eyes, the elf states calmly, "I understand your wariness but how's about we work together to fight the snakes and then talk it out?" Holding their gaze for just a moment, Danica deliberately turns away from them and begins following in the direction that Meili had darted, knowing there were two strays that way. "Don't let them surround us! We've got this."
She thought of attempting to heal the crossbowman that had been shot multiple times, but knew that casting magic (even to heal) on one of them right now probably wasn't the best idea. Hopefully he would hold out until a little more trust was placed. Mica watches Danica and Meili sprint off to the south east and turns his attention back to the leader of the mercenaries. He cocks his head at the man’s words, briefly looks back toward where the others went, then meets the leader’s eyes and nods. “I will do what I can, now hurry.” Mica rushes forward through the jungle toward the trail, breaking through the underbrush behind the downed elephant and hisses at the one weeping over the beast “No time for that, get under cover and fire back before you join him!”
Mica reaches into his belt pouch and rubs his thumb across an old piece of quartz while letting out a sharp whistle as he connected with the primal spirits to summon beast. I hope that old dwarven shaman knew what he was talking about, he thinks to himself. Mica was rewarded a second later as the brush next him rustled and a lone velociraptor emerged, slightly shimmering with a fey glow. The beast paused on the trail, sniffing the air and making a few clicking noises before responding to Mica’s gesture and racing across the trail to strike at the center yuan-ti archer.
