"Oh, sure, silly me!" Khessa is embarrassed "I was forgetting about the Order of the Gautlet... I'm so used to the company of their most prominent member," she winks at Eric "that I was forgetting that there are many more... and that it's better let them know. Yes, let's go there first. Given the scale of the threat, alerting them takes priority over gathering any further bit of information".
(OOC: @DM: I've realized that Khessa still has two handaxes that have become practically useless to her - may I assume that she manages to sell them, perhaps en route to the Order of the Gauntlet headquarters? Or do you prefer to role-play the sale?)
Before bed, Zale tells Calvin to share with Kriv...it's hard to tell if she's trying to be rude or if she was offended by his words.
Like Khessa and Eric, Zale wakes fairly early in the morning, she also has the same meal as they do. "Hmmm." She says between mouthfuls, "I've never had this kind o thing before. I like it me thinks." She nods to Eric, "Eye, it be good to check in with yer order. Maybe they'll know somethin bout that Jamna fella..."
Eric enjoys his Uitsmijter (I imagine that dwarfish tastes and kitchen are quite similar to our German ones! LoL) "A pint of beer won't harm!" he laughs... After this gorgeous dwarfish breakfast he is ready to embark for adventuring
I'm making this canon! Uitsmijter is an official Dwarfish word. The bread used is made from wheat flour from which the bran and the germ layers have been removed from the whole wheatberry as part of the flour grinding or milling process, producing a light-colored flour. It contains hardly any nutritional value, but that is compensated by the liquid bread that is traditionally drunk with it.
Lira appreciates your knowledge of Dwarfish cuisine: Here you go sweetie! And she adds a few strips of bacon to your plate.

Nixi wants to sleep in. She promises to be at the warehouse in time and goes back to bed for a while.
The blonde arcane warrior is overshadowed by concern for a moment: "Nixi, my friend... I understand the tiredness and you have every right to rest... but also remember that that Inn is probably a den of Zhentarim... I don't know how prudent it is, that you stay there alone... If I were you, I would look for another Inn at my leisure... Anyway," she sighs "if you really want to stay in this one, at least be careful, all right? Remember... if you get in trouble and miss your appointment, we won't have time to find you and help, because we'd lose track of the cultists".
The tall adventuress, however, follows Eric, trusting her gnome friend's common sense — after all, she is a true wizard, endowed with powers that Khessa can still only dream of for now. She should know how to take care of herself.

Don't worry! This is probably the savest place in Waterdeep! Nixi replies.
[A few moments later]
The headquarters of the Order of the Gauntlet in Waterdeep occupies a wing of the Halls of Justice, a large and imposing building that doubles as the temple of Tyr, the god of justice. It's nothing like the location in Baldur's Gate! The wing is set up as a barracks, training center and meeting room for members of the Order, who are dedicated to fighting evil in all its forms.
Eric approaches the fist guard who carries the symbol of the order. He shows his own and introduces himself, bowing gently "I'm Eric Bjorstad, I am an humble servant of the order, and I have traveled from Elturel, seeking audience for a matter of foremost importance" thereafter, he changes his tone in more informal way "I was sent by Ontharr Frume, a master and dear friend. I also hope you may have had news from him"
The guard is a Human male with short blond hair and blue eyes. He wears silver armor and a helmet with a red plume. He has a sword and a shield at his side, which show the symbol of the Order of the Gauntlet. He looks tough and strong, but also friendly and honest.
He looks at Eric and says: Welcome brother Eric. I am Rolf, a knight of the Order of the Gaunlet. I am happy to see you. You are here at the right time. We are in dire need of information on the Cult of the Dragon. They are a great threat to the peace and security of Waterdeep and all of the Faerûn. We must stop them before they can complete their dark plans.
He smiles and says: I know Ontharr Frume well. He is a good friend and a great inspiration to me. He taught me much about the good, the just, and the heroic. I recently heard news about him. Apparently he's gone to Elturel to negotiate with some Kobold King. He's fine, but he's busy. But come, I'll take you to our leader. His name is Sir Isteval, and he is a Paladin of Tyr. He is a wise and brave man, who has a lot of experience in fighting evil. He will be happy to listen to you. Please follow me. He turns and leads you through the headquarters.
"And we have information indeed!" assures Khessa, as Rolf leads the party through the headquarters "Those fanatics are a much worse threat than we had suspected".
Calvin's eyes momentarily flit to the emblem of the Order of the Gauntlet on Rolf's armour. Offering a reserved yet polite smile, he nods in acknowledgement. The subtle glint of curiosity about lizards in his eyes is more pronounced than any enthusiasm for the knight before him.

Zale follows behind Eric, and gives the blond haired man a salute when Eric introduces her. Then the man's words sink in, "K-Kobold King?!"She facepalms, effectively muffling her next words, "That bloody pipsqueek better not be causin no problems."She continues muttering for a while as they follow Rolf through headquarters.
After the introductions are made Rolf leads you through the barracks, past the training centre, to the conference room. The barracks house the knights, Clerics and Paladins who are part of the Order, or who are visiting from other cities. There are dormitories, armories, kitchens and storerooms. The barracks are always well guarded and secured to keep out intruders or spies. The training center is a place where the members of the order can practice and improve their skills. There are different rooms for physical, mental and spiritual training. There are also targets, obstacle courses and practice battles. The training center is always in use, for the members of the Order believe that they must constantly prepare for the fight against evil.
You see Sir Isteval in the conference room, sitting at the round table with a few other members of the Order. Sir Isteval is a Human male with gray hair and a beard. He wears a white cloak over his silver armour, and a red cape over his shoulders. He has a gold medallion around his neck, which shows Tyr's symbol: a set of scales with an eye above it. He also has a silver gauntlet on his right hand, which he uses as a symbol of his rank and his faith. He has a serious and dignified appearance, but also a friendly and warm smile.
Sir Isteval stands up when he sees your party, and says, Welcome, brother Eric... and friends. I'm glad you arrived safely in Waterdeep. Ontharr Frume has written much about you. He has written me that you are a brave and have a great constitution(?) But I'm told that you have important information about the Cult of the Dragon, who are our greatest enemy right now. I am very interested to hear what you have to say. Come, take a seat at the table, and tell us everything you know. He gestures to some empty chairs and invites you all to sit down.
"Pleasure is mine" Eric bows gently and take a seat "I'm glad to see that Ontharr's letters have preceded us, and I'm glad he's going well" then Eric starts his tale.
"For the seek of brevity, I will summarize briefly what we found" he looks to the others "feel free to add informations to my tale if you feel I am missing something"
"After the siege of Greenest. We followed the tracks of the cultist into their camp where the spoils of the siege were gathered together along with dragon eggs, waiting for hatching. In our fight we have killed the Dragonborn Cyanwrath and the a dark cleric, Frulam Mondath. We were able to secure the eggs back in Greenest but other cultist were able to left the camp carrying the spoils of their war, heading Nord toward Baldur's Gate. Although by keeping a certain distance we were able to disguise ourself and join their caravan. Their caravan was probably lead by the half-dragon Rezmir." Eric pauses to clear his throat. "And from Baldur's Gate we followed their tracks again until they stopped here in Waterdeep. During the our last journey, we spotted that a group of Zhentarims were also interested in the cult's cargo, if their intention were good or not, I'm not able to tell. Is my belief that the cult is collecting the spoils of war in order to perform some kind of powerful ritual, with the ultimate scope to free Tiamat from the nine hells."
Sir Isteval listens attentively to Eric's story, and nods occasionally. He says, Thank you, Brother Eric, for your courageous and valuable report. You have done much to disrupt and reveal the plans of the Cult of the Dragon. I am impressed with your determination and your ingenuity. You have upheld the honor of the Order of the Gauntlet.
He looks at the other members of the Order and says, This is a serious matter, my friends. The Cult of the Dragon is not just a band of robbers and zealots. They are an organized and dangerous group, pursuing a dark goal: to free Tiamat, the goddess of evil and chaos, from her prison in the Nine Hells. If they succeed, it will be a disaster for Waterdeep, for Faerûn, and for the whole world. We cannot let that happen.
He looks back at Eric, and says, You've given us an important clue, Brother Eric. The Cult of the Dragon has put some of their loot here in Waterdeep. That means they are up to something here, or they need something here. We need to find out what that is and prevent it. We also need to find out where they're going, and track them. We must not lose track of them.
He stands up and says, I suggest we split into two teams. One team will stay here in Waterdeep, trying to gather more information about the cultists' activities in this area. The other team will get ready to leave, trying to chase the cultists when they start moving again. I will lead the first team, and I ask you to join me. Brother Eric, I'm asking you to lead the second team since you already have experience tracking the cultists. You can choose who you take with you, but I think you don't want to change a winning team. What do you think?
"Once Eric confirms that he wants us back by his side," Khessa seizes the moment to ask the Tyr's the paladin, looking at him with a gleam of hope in the back of her blue eyes "before we set off to continue screwing up The Cult's plans, Isteval, may I ask if you have any news about another threat - albeit a far lesser one than a cult trying to unleash an evil dragon goddess on our world?"
"Oh, sure, silly me!" Khessa is embarrassed "I was forgetting about the Order of the Gautlet... I'm so used to the company of their most prominent member," she winks at Eric "that I was forgetting that there are many more... and that it's better let them know. Yes, let's go there first. Eric laughs "too kind of you... maybe I'm the most prominent just according to our recent drinking contest!"
OCC: if everyone agree Eric would lead them all toward the Order's Hall

Calvin rises with the sun and finds somewhere quiet to meditate.
