Though she is a little surprised by how easy that was, the surprise quickly fades into a grin as the room around her explodes into cheering (and Akyan confirms that he's delivered the dose of sleeping draft to each drink). She stands up winking at Nogith, "Hey you I waited for you, but...eh, like I said before it was just a friendly contest." She raises her mug as if to propose a toast, then says with a glance at Akyan, "I haven't had a real challenge in ages, I think this man deserves a toast for his effort. Then perhaps we can go again. Maybe if you use your right arm you'll do better?" She laughs, raising her cup a little higher, "A toast, to...Tim's generosity and my new friend's strength!"
She feigns taking a swig, merely wetting her lips with the ale as she encourages everyone to engage in the toast. Hopefully its clear that she isn't really trying to harass the half-orc, but she is trying to play off of Akyan's comment about her never losing. She just hopes that the fellow doesn't get angry, especially since everything seems to be going a lot better then she'd thought it would so far.
Once the toast is over, whether or not the half-orcs joined in, Kyrsa will set her drink down and push it out of the way again as if preparing for another match. If their targets didn't drink, or didn't pass out already, she wants to keep up the act so as not to arouse suspicion. Smiling, she rests her elbow on the table, this time preparing her right arm. "Well? You still want a rematch?"
The other three thugs are caught motionless, their second-drink mugs already hoisted, held in mid-air, silently watching for the reaction of their leader. He stares at Kyrsa, his eyes smoldering....
... and then he roars in laughter as well. "You tricksy vixen! I was gonna go easy on you, but no more. Now. It's. On." He grabs his second drink and throws it back all in one guzzle, wiping the froth from his lips after and plunking his right elbow down on the table. "Now I'll show you what real strength is." He motions Kyrsa to take her place at the table.
The remaining half-orcs cheer, clink their mugs together, and down their drinks in similar fashion. "Nog-rith! Nog-rith! NOG-RITH!" they chant.
Jhaartael nods to Nyblond then regains an air of irritated disinterest at his companions antics, apparently more absorbed in his sip of beer than the song, dance and wrestling going on beside him ((but inwardly surprisedly proud of his companions))
Tamryn shakily stands up from the floor, shouting "No Grith! No Grith! Down with Grith! Up with Winning!" He tries to get the crowd to chant with him. The next time Nyla walks by, he bows to her, stumbling a little in the process.
Nogrith the half-orc prepares for battle, a look of concentration on his face. He clasps Kyrsa's hand, and the crowd begins to chant the countdown, "Three!.... Two!................ One!..............." Times seems to stretch out, voices becoming low and distorted, and the room begins to spin around him and go dark. Those watching him see him blink once, twice, thrice, opening his eyes more slowly each time. When the chant reaches "Zero! Begin!" the orc's eyes are glassy and unfocused. Kyrsa's initial effort meets almost no resistance and the power of her attack spins him off his chair, landing him on his back on the floor, eyes closed and drooling.
Another raucous cheer fills the tavern, women of all races getting up on tables and dancing and cheering, and even the menfolk wearing silly grins. The minstrel, having paused for dramatic effect during the contest, launches a rollicking tune about a famous female pirate captain and her crew of women warriors. Nyla shakes her head in disbelief amidst the cacophony of laughter and music.... and then her eyes widen as she sees the other three orcs slowly slip under the table as well, sinking into unconsciousness, seemingly unnoticed by the crowd. She turns to look at Kyrsa, and then at Tamryn with an arched eyebrow, but says nothing. She walks over to Tiny and Jake, two calm islands in a chaotic sea of celebration, ("That's no moon!") but pauses, as yet not speaking to them, as if she were debating internally what to do.
Appearing to finally make up her mind, Nyla walks back to your table, and discreetly taps Mina on the shoulder, whispering "Follow me!"urgently. Assuming the sea elf complies, Nyla leads her on a weaving path through the crowd, ducking through the door at the south end of the room quickly, apparently to avoid observation.
If Mina follows her through the door:
The halfling woman draws Mina into a corner of the kitchen that is unoccupied, and says in a low voice, "Look... I've got to hand it to you, you guys have hit a big score. Those doofuses should never have come in here lugging that big sack of coins, and they deserve what they get for losing it. I do not mean to be sticking my nose in your business... BUT hear me out, please. When they go missing, or if you let them go and they report back to Cartel HQ that they lost the cash, the higher-ups will inevitably trace the theft back here, to the Sword and Flask. And even though we're not involved, that will be the end of us. The cartel will burn this place down. If we're lucky, they won't tie us workers up inside to be roasted alive. Or maybe that would be better than the alternative. We will be guilty by association, whether or not they catch you, whether or not you swear up and down to them that we are innocent. That's just the way the cartel works. I assume you all are not Serpents because I've never met a single elf that was, and because you would know better than to rob these guys if you were."
She pauses, sighing. "I can't give you enough money tonight to make up for losing that fat bag of coins, but I can make a monthly payment for a year to you, if you'll just leave it alone. Please. Me and the other girls, this is all we got. Good paying jobs are hard to come by if you're not connected in this town. Especially if you're dead. What do you say?"
Nyla looks into Mina's eyes with an expression of fear, hope and desperation.
If Mina does not follow her through the door:
Nyla eventually comes back out, looking disappointed. Tiny and Jake notice her sniffling, and huddle together over her like two elephants competing for the same coconut. After a muted discussion, the two large dragonborn swivel their heads to stare at your table, and begin wading through the crowd in your direction.
Mina is startled by the halflings attention as her mind was on what they were going to try and do next. She looks to the rest of her group, shrugs, then follows the woman into the kitchen.
As the woman divulges her worries to Nina and looks at her with that mixture of fear, hope and desperation, Mina puts her hands on the poor woman's shoulders and tries her best to look sympathetic. "Please, good woman, fret not. I can completely understand your concern and you can relieve yourself of that as we are not here to take the coin. We just wanted these orcs out of our way, that is all. If you could be so kind as to set them up somewhere comfortable, with their coin, and when they wake, make up some lie that they just can't hold their alcohol like they used to and you tried to make them comfortable while they slept it off? And my elves and I will out of your hair. Does that work for you? We do not want any of your coin."
Mina continues to look into the halflings face, waiting for her answer.
Kyrsa, still unsure as to when the drug would kick in, prepares for a bigger challenge, expecting far more resistance then last time. She is so caught up in focusing that she doesn't notice Nogrith's glazed expression until...well until he's on the ground in a heap. As the half-orc falls to the ground she lets out a surprised yelp before standing up and kneeling down to make sure he hasn't knocked himself to hard.
"I thought you weren't going easy on me!" she says, feigning surprise. "Oh...dear... looks like someone had to much to drink." She shakes her head, lifting the larger fellow off the ground and moving him back to his seat.
Did he have a thumb ring? Sorry, I forgot... if he does:
As she lifts him, she pulls his arm over her shoulder by his hand, attempting to pull the ring off his finger.
Sleight of hand: 21
If she gets it, she slips it into her pocket as she turns to look at Tamryn, giving him a thumb's up to indicate that they can both leave and that she has the ring.
If he doesn't have a ring then she still moves the half-orc back into his chair, then nods to Tamryn.
To Akyan she says, "Alright, we need to get these brutes out of here so that they aren't still here while we take their identities. We should move them out to an alleyway somewhere and restrain them. Perhaps we can return for them after the mission...who knows, they might be useful."
She looks around, "Where's Mina?" She says both mentally to Akyan and as a whisper to Tamryn.

Mina continues to look into the halflings face, waiting for her answer.
Nyla seems not to understand. "You want me to take their money? That would be worse! Why are you doing this if you don't want the money?"
OOC: Alright, well she took it anyways. She was more thinking it might be useful to have an extra one they can use during the infiltration if it proves necessary.)
Akyan watches Mina follow Nyla warily. He does not trail them...yet as he does not want to raise any more unwanted attention, however, he does reach out to Mina, via his mental link. "What is she asking? Is it going to be a problem?"

To Akyan, she says, The halfling is worried we will take the money or dispose of these orcs and that it will come back to their place. If so, the Serpents will burn it down with them in it. "Wait, wasn't the plan to use the identity of these orcs to get in? We'll need the money for that, which means the serpents will be getting it whether we take it to them or the orcs do. That is, if we are still going with this plan..." Akyan replies.
