Esa sees what has happened and casts faerie fire in the area she believes the mage may have moved to - where she would go if she were an invisible spellcaster.

RL will bonus action shift
Wildhunt. While shifted, you have advantage on Wisdom checks, and no creature within 30 feet of you can make an attack roll with advantage against you unless you’re incapacitated.
As an action RL will take a hail mary shot at the invisible person with his starlight spear. Attack: 25 Damage: 16

Round 5 Enemy Turn
The red-scaled dragonborn warrior fighting Augustin is not so confident now, more wary. Both paladin and dragonborn are recognising another blow on each could finish it. The dragonborn sees an opening and seeks to end the contest with two savage blows.
Attack: 9 Damage: 5.
Attack: 13 Damage: 7.
If a hit, Augustin cannot regain any hit points until the start of the dragonborn's next turn.
The invisible mage (outlined nicely with faerie fire) moves 30ft west (left) out of range of the blinded shifter ranger and looks for the mage who cast the spell on him. Esa is behind the chimney and her small size means she has total cover. The mage decides to target RL with magic missile cast at 4th level, doing 21 force damage. As Grimbald did not have to move last turn the ranger is still hidden to the mage.
The black-scaled dragonborn war priest takes a breath and breaths a stream of acid at Rustling Leaves doing 7 acid damage. RL must make a DC12 dex save to take half damage.

Augustin casts starlight spear (available to him through his association with the Primal Spirits and RL's connection to the Star Lion) and stabs at the dragonborn:
Attack: 21 Damage: 19.
The result of this attack will inform the rest of his turn.

The dragonborn clutches his chest where he has just been stabbed through his armour with the starlight spear and he collapses to the ground.
Augustin turns and right behind him are the child and dog, so he scoops up the child and dog using his shield as a platform for them to sit on and runs in a straight line out the door into the street exactly where the mage is, and uses his next two attacks on the mage (gets a third attack for killing the dragonborn). He dumps off the child and dog in the process, telling them to run to safety. His first attack does an extra d12 damage.
The dragon born steps back from Rustling Leaves. While scaled and muscular, she is unmistakably female. She looks around at the dead bodies, and you can see she is counting the enemies against her, figuring everyone else is dead.
"I want to walk away from this fight alive, with my equipment," she growls. "Can we reach an accord? I have enough power and spells to take at least some of you down with me, if we fight to the death."
Your assessment is she is not yet bloodied, probably has a few spells up her sleeve, and is well armoured and carries a big, two handed hammer.

Attack 2: 19 Damage: 18.
Attack 3: 20 Damage: 6.
The mage appears, still glowing and falls to the ground, a smoking hole in his chest and a surprised look on his face.
A pixie voice comes from behind a chimney some distance away. "I want his spellbook!"
RL gets a gleam in his eye seeing his starlight spear being used so well by one of the team, even if it is the noisy human.
Starlight spear against the black dragon born. Attack: 8 Damage: 12
Grimbald moves to the frozen Vakiel and hope this works. Cure Wounds 11
It'll work!
Roll for RL's fumble

RL attacks wildly and loses track of the fight around him.
End your turn and move to the bottom of the initiative order at the start of the next round.
What that means in this context is you cannot act until AFTER the enemy have acted next turn.
Which means if you're tricksy you can set up two turns in a row.
Esa pops out and sends a fire bolt at the dragonborn war priest.
Attack: 15 Damage: 4
Leth stands up and shoots with his longbow:
Attack: 7 Damage: 3.
RL, Vakiel, and Augustin can hear a small pixie voice berating Leth in exasperation.
