Character Name: Torag Argus Race: Thylean Minotaur Class: Oath of the Dragon Lord Paladin
Ability scores: 171010161715
Epic Path: Demi-God
Backstory:
Torag was born in a far-off village on the outskirts of Myros. He, like many Minotaurs before him, scorned the curse of his people. At a young age, an old druid woman came village and told his mother that Torag was the change bringer and that the blood of a God runs through him. His Mother, Aurora, did not know what to do with this information but always knew that there was something different about her son. A few years later Aurora disappeared and all Torag could hear was the sound of a loud Roar crackling across the sky like thunder.
Orphaned, he was put into servitude to a cruel family of Eleves. Day in and day out Torag saw his people beaten and cursed because of the way they looked. He even started to lose hope in life itself. One day, when his master was vulgar, he was being bitten in the street while onlookers laughed and cheered but out of the crowd came a gallant knight who, by his very presence, demanded respect. This knight was named Sir Herald Argus. Hearld had pity for Torag and bought him from his master.
Hearld taught Torag how to defend himself with a blade and his tongue. Hearld grew to love the minotaur like a son and gave Torag the opportunity to be knighted in the house of Argus. Torag was delighted but knew that his people were still being mistreated. There was always going to be a massive divide between his two worlds. Then Torag got a message from the Oracle and he understood what the ramblings of the Old druid meant, it was his task to not only save his mother but to save his people. By becoming a dragonlord he will establish a new order in all of Thylea.
Fascinating premise! Very interested in seeing where this campaign goes.
Character Name: Callidia of the Nine Realms Race: Fire Genasi (more of a human resemblance) Class: Sorcerer (would like to use the UA Phoenix subclass, however, if UA is not allowed then Draconic Bloodline) Backstory & Epic Path:The Vanished One (backstory altered slightly to better fit timeline and personal connection)
Fire has burned eternally at the gates of Valhalla, welcoming the souls of warriors and makers of peace for a time beyond what is comprehendable to man. Of the early souls, Callidia has wandered with her fellow companions for sometime as a result of their untimely deaths. But unlike her fellow quest bearers, her soul does not linger at the gates for much longer – returning to Midguard through her connection to a flame that burns just as intensely as the one that flickers over the godly gates. Her connection to flame grows as she leaves her homeland, travelling outward to what Thylea refers to as the Old World – at that time very much a new and unexplored world for Callidia.
The Old World brings about a myraid of new opportunities for Callidia, allowing her to hone her skills in sorcery, flames dancing along her finger tips in dazzling crackles. While there, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to a new group of warriors – not dissimilar to those that she had left behind in the great beyond. Alongside her new found companions, a group of champions were born, herralders of the fire-breathing beasts that claimed the skies. Ladies and Lords of dragons, firece fighters, and protectors of the land.
But Callidia has never been held to a world for long, and soon the beating of wings filled that skies. Off the the Forgotten World, a world they were told was in need of saving. And so mounted upon the bronzed scales of Ieddru, Keeper of the Ring of Fire, a great and vicious battle was fought. The First War had been costly, and watching Ieddru fall had been of great sorrow to Callidia, but the fight was not yet over – the Dragonlords must push on. Accending Phraxys was no easy feat, the blood of her fellow champions painted the ground – bodies still against the stone of the Tower. With eyes flickering like a dying hearth, Callidia could just barely make out Damon departing from the wretched place, Dragonlords lying about the ships while others still rested upon the shore. No matter, the scroll containing the Oath of Peace was in his grasp, and that had been all that mattered.
--------
Waking upon the Cerulean Gulf, within a secluded cave, Callidia opens her eyes to the most radient being she swears has ever been seen by mankind. The ancient naiad, a water nymph of great beauty, hovers over her form. Callidia is taken in an instant. There's a dull hum in her mind, the hint of something important being forgotten. But with so much time lived, and yet so little of really living, who is she to deny the love of a lady more radient than the flames of the beyond.
Callidia adores Versi, there is no sense of time passing – something that should appear odd – but if eternity is being offered than she will take it with no regard. Even upon her supposed release, memories from 500 years prior returning with a panging rush, Callidia finds herself still just as charmed by the beloved Oracle. However, her call to duty cannot be ignored as she dusts off her long forgotten skills – a small flame flickering within her palm. Finding no hesitation in her oath to return to her lover, Callidia sets off again on a quest to save the realm – a newly lit fire burning in the depths of her soul.
This character concept was originally part of a Norse campaign which is why her backstory is the way it is. Hearld taught Torag how to defend himself with a blade and his tongue. Hearld grew to love the minotaur like a son and gave Torag the opportunity to be a Cleirc of the Five Gods. In the cermony Torag found out that his father was the God of War Pythor. Torag was delighted but knew that his people were still being mistreated. In case the first picks are taken before this character is decided on one way or other:
Character Name: Kylix Phyrnixianos (CG)

.....
Epic path: The Gifted One (first choice. I can also right off see ways to retool this character as either Doomed One or a non - Thylean satyr Lost One with if anything even more of a conviction that all races should be represented in the Dragonlords; if those are both taken I'll have to think some more_)
She might even be bound to her heroic path by some sort of oath; though if so, given this character I;m not exactly sure how SOBER she would have been when she swore it ... and sufficiently versed in the epics to know that most likely makes as much difference as anything else, to wit : You said it. You do it. IOr esle. So don't come to Olympos with your silly excuses again and hopefully the wild deformation fof your entire body will xconvince you just what an idiot you were tyo try coming whining to the gods about how drunk you were, in the first place...
Character Name: Ophiachus Race: Sea Elf Class: Rogue (Pirate) Epic Path: The Lost One
Ability Scores: 171010161715
Backstory: Ophiachus sailed on ship The Twin Serpents, as first mate under a mighty, ruthless Captain. As so many before them, they set sail after the fabled treasure of the Dragonlords only to be met with disaster. Their ship destroyed and most of their crew dead, it was only Ophiachus's nature that allowed them to survive the oceans and wash up in Thylea. He was greatly surprised to find himself fished out of the ocean and brought to Mytros, even more surprised to find himself prophesied to be there. Never one to believe in prophecy and Oracles, Ophiachus could be described as a reluctant hero, though the chance to slough off his pirate past and make something real of himself is a tempting prospect. That, and part of him longs to find his crew and that treasure they were promised.

Reapplying with an altered concept! Might also pitch another character entirely for a different path.
Character Name: Callidia of the Nine Realms Race: Fire Genasi (more of a human resemblance) Class: Sorcerer (first choice, would still like to use the UA Phoenix subclass if possible), Otherwise Undying Warlock Backstory & Epic Path:The Lost One
Fire has burned eternally at the gates of Valhalla, welcoming the souls of warriors and makers of peace for a time beyond what is comprehensible to man. Of the early souls, Callidia has wandered with her fellow companions for some time as a result of their untimely deaths. But unlike her fellow quest bearers, her soul does not linger at the gates for much longer – returning to Midguard through her connection to a flame that burns just as intensely as the one that flickers over the godly gates. Reborn a champion of Freya, Callidia finds her way in the explorations to the beyond – traversing far and wide to lands previously unknown to her realm.
Whispers of a newly prosperous land, rich with treasures from figures long past, eventually reach the ears of herself and her beloved group. A ship, grand as could be, was specially constructed to bear the weight of both the potential treasures and the crew – setting off into the stormy seas with the destination of Thylea in mind. The North Star guided their way for a large portion of their journey, Callidia having found an affinity for the night sky during her travels, but under the sudden roll of storms, it vanished from sight. The waters are pitch black under the starless sky, something Callidia has not seen since her time after Valhalla. The ship manages to brave the storm for but a night, before creaking and shuddering – sinking beneath the violent waves.
-------
Mytros is rich with life but lacks excitement now that Callidia has been split so completely from the life she knew. Her crew had been lost to the sea, and she, by some miracle, had been washed up on the rickety strips of a dock. The fishermen were kind enough to offer Callidia shelter while she recovered, fire returning to her soul after days in front of a glowing hearth. But the warrior within her could not be tied down for long, urging her to return to action in a quest to return home. The call of the Oracle promised just that, and not without the riches that she had come for. So with the spirits of her patron lingering in her veins and a burn in her stare, Callidia sets off on a new adventure in this unfamiliar world.
So if I wanted to make a Doomed One, it says to make a monstrous race, as a descendant of the Titans. Does this mean I should only make one of the centaur, medusa, minotaur, nymph, satyr, or siren? Just wanted to make sure I understand that right.

You don't have to make a monstrous race, those blockquote blurbs are guidelines for that epic path if you decided to play a monstrous race.
Race: Wood Elf Class: Rogue Background: Soldier Epic Path: Gifted One Ability Scores: 17 10 10 16 17 15 Backstory: Tobias was born in Mytros to hard working elven parents in the employ of one of the noble houses. His mother was a maid and his father a coachman. Although the children of the staff were not meant to mix with the nobles scions, it often happened, and due to Tobias’ gifted nature often to the ire of the well born children. This translated into bullying.
Becoming friendly with the house guards he showed an aptitude for sword play, he was faster than the other children (and some of the adults) and his keen eyes never missed a thing, which translated into being excellent with a bow.
The more clear it became that he could upstage them, the more vicious the bullying became. Especially when they found out how much he revered King Acastus, the last true descendant of the Dragonlords. He longed to be a Dragonlord himself and show the noble children his true worth. They scorned the very idea of this, often playing practical jokes and stealing what little he had.
As he matured, he found more and more he had to avoid the other children and practice in secret, and retrieve the things they invariably stole from him without getting the adults involved, as they always took the side of the noble children.
And so when he became of age, he enlisted in the army of King Acastus, hoping to prove himself. Here he excelled as well, only this time his gifts were appreciated. He had a natural talent for skirmishing and scouting, and his vision was unequalled, gaining him the moniker, ‘The Hawk’.
When his commander gave him the news that he was being called into the presence of an Oracle, he was excited by the prospect. He knew that his efforts had not gone unnoticed and that this would be his chance to really shine. Maybe even become what he longed for so much, a Dragonlord!
Semestra has been a part of more tragic tales than most. She was born to a family of renown, having a family name equating to heroes. Her parents died under mysterious circumstances when she was quite young, and she was raised by her aunt. When she was older, it was revealed her aunt was a priestess of Lutheria involved in selecting and kidnapping children for Lutheria's unknowable purpose. After that, she was sent off into the woods to be kept away from the children of the city. She was taken in by an old hunter who took pity on her. He raised her as his own, until one day while Semestra was away, their cabin caught fire and the hunter died within.
Now Semestra is held at arm's length by any who knows her reputation. Merely passing by her is enough for most to spit and make a sign to ward off the ill fortune she carries, although many say it is an evil fate she spreads.
As infamous as she is, her skill is equally famous. When the call for scouts went out for the kingdom of Estoria, Semestra answered. She has taken on the dangerous work of patrolling beyond the borders to the North to protect those people who despise her to the South. Her name has crossed the lips of the elite of Estoria, praising her bravery and skill. God-King Pythor himself seems to be thoughtful of Semestra's fate, as ill omen or hero forged in fire.
What none but the Oracle know is that just before the end, her aunt confessed a lineage to Lutheria herself, including Semestra as a daughter of the Titan. The Oracle has called Semestra, claiming her ill fortunes are the vanguard of a more terrible Doom awaiting her, echoes of fate calling from the future. But the Oracle also offers hope, an uncertainty that may allow her to overcome this Doom, and that Semestra's Doom and the Doom of the world are reflections of each other... If Semestra can overcome, then perhaps the world might be saved as well.

Feel free to volunteer some suggestions for editing etc, I'm touching on a lot of things you've clearly put a lot of time into and may have plans for.
Edit: I'm thinking about going with a drake warden? I thought I'd flavor it as a dead dragon's spirit, sort of in keeping with the flavor of the lampad nymph. Does that seem reasonable?
Character Name: Caliadna of the Grayglades Race: Siren (more human-like due to being half-blooded) Class: Bard (Will sc into Eloquence) Backstory & Epic Path:The Demi-God (backstory altered slightly)
Conceived in a whirlwind couple of nights in the shadowed corners of Estoria, Caliadna has somehow yet to see life beyond the rocky southern shores of the Oldwoods. Outlooking the vast and beautiful Cerulean Gulf, a small flock of Sirens has come to make their home just a few islands away from the bustling city of Mytros. Though few in number, the flock is warm and very much Caliadna's home and family – each of the members having easily taken to her despite her more human appearance.
Even in her youth, Caliadna was not oblivious to her obvious difference from other sirens. Her talons were not as sharp, and her feathers were less coarse. Her mood also appeared to experience less variation compared to her winged companions, having shown a significant detachment from the lost ancestral city even compared to the other young sirens that had never laid eyes on the former home of their kind. Caliadna's mother does not make much of an attempt to hide the truth of her ancestry – the reason for her differences – from her, speaking brazenly of the God who had been so easily charmed by her tanned skin and melodic voice paired with rusty red wings. Having never met the god himself, Caliadna naturally became more curious about her father, listening intently to the tales told by her mother. With all the stories, many of which revolved around the copious amount of lovers Pythor had and their subsequent disappearances, it really should not have come as a surprise when a dangerous mass of green swept over the flock and plucked Nereilyn away. Leaving a barely teenaged Caliadna amidst the ruins of their home.
The word of Nereilyn's disappearance did not take long to reach the ears of Pythor, the two having still secretly been in contact – only having been separated so that Pythor may focus more on his rule over Estoria and the upbringing of his favored daughter, Anora. While Caliadna had no direct ways of communicating with her father, her mother's capture spurred her to take flight beyond her home to the bustling city. It was here that Caliadna first heard of the Oracle's whisper, a predicted destiny of greatness and the potential to join the pantheon alongside her divine father. Unfortunately, Caliadna's appearance did not do wonders for her approachability and she only ever got one glance at her father while in the city center – a distanced face of despair engrained into her mind.
------------
Spending the next few years traveling now back and forth from her home in the rocky Grayglades and the city of Mytros, Caliadna learns to hone her own craft – finding the vocals of her species from deep within her. She makes acquaintances with fellow sirens at The Harp Bridge, learning more about the history of her kind in addition to being able to catch whispers of information on the important current events of the world.
Eventually, the call of the Oracle beckons her again just as things in the realm seem to be heating up. She feels the divine blood in her veins stir as she chooses to embrace her prophesized destiny, setting off on a new adventure that may just happen to lead her right back to where it all began.
Not sure which ability score set I'll be going for yet! I'll likely make that decision once I get to making the sheet, provided the character is selected. More information is available for just the DM as well! I might also throw in another concept if I find the time.
This looks interesting.
Putting this down as a placeholder because that is a lot of information to take in. I shall revisit this when I have read everything over.

Sae Ivui Nailo - wood elf rogue (inquisitive) 5 , Sea of Death: Captain Hailstorm's Lost Treasure
Ryshraxea "Shra" Naranthi - tabaxi artificer 1, Nyx's Tomb of Annihilation - Group 1
Character Name: Ophiachus
Race: Sea Elf
Class: Rogue (Pirate)
Epic Path: The Lost One
Ability Scores: 17 10 10 16 17 15

Character Name: Callidia of the Nine Realms
Race: Fire Genasi (more of a human resemblance)
Class: Sorcerer (first choice, would still like to use the UA Phoenix subclass if possible), Otherwise Undying Warlock
Backstory & Epic Path: The Lost One

Paladin - warforged - orange
You don't have to make a monstrous race, those blockquote blurbs are guidelines for that epic path if you decided to play a monstrous race.
Tobias the Hawk
Race: Wood Elf
Class: Rogue
Background: Soldier
Epic Path: Gifted One
Ability Scores: 17 10 10 16 17 15
Backstory: Tobias was born in Mytros to hard working elven parents in the employ of one of the noble houses.
Are there any races that are not eligible to use?
It is Greek inspired so I can see some of the more... exotic races (like from spelljammer) not apply but I ask for certainty.
Or is it just a question of (re)flavouring?

Valerius Sergius Publius: Dhampir Paladin - Vae Victus
Character Name -Semestra
Race - nymph (lampad)
Class - ranger
Backstory/epic path: Doomed One

Paladin - warforged - orange
Character Name: Caliadna of the Grayglades
Race: Siren (more human-like due to being half-blooded)
Class: Bard (Will sc into Eloquence)
Backstory & Epic Path: The Demi-God (backstory altered slightly)
