Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
OOC: Ok I'll make a homebrew DM ruling here. I required Garret/Aethene to have separate initiatives. I think it's only fair for Lucky to have the same ruling. I realize that a familiar and a companion have separate rules for action example one can attack and the other can not. For the sake of combat moving smoothly forward I will let Lucky's attack stand but please roll initiative for her and she will be added to the order round 3.
Karnic will move to position himself between Griff and Isk (moving to G8) and looking to the undead close to him, he will hold out his holy symbol and say, "Bathe in the joyous light of Lliira." (Action: casting Sacred Flame on undead at E6, Dex save 11, damage: 5 radiant) Then with a wave of his hand will move the spectral shuriken next to the same undead, and as it moves will spin and try to stick into the creature. (Bonus action: move the spiritual weapon to F6 and attack the undead at E6, attack: 21, damage: 9 force)

Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
Athene, on wings that are deathly quiet, moves to D5 and will help in the next attack against the dread in E6 by suddenly screaming to distract and give advantage to the next attack that dread warrior.
Flint will wince at the hard hit delivered to Griff as he loads another bolt onto his heavy crossbow and firing it at the undead creature at E6. As the bolt slams into the undead, Flint will wave his arms rapidly while screaming at the creature "Hey Jerk! Leave him alone!"
Attack: 23 Damage: 9
add 2 to the damage and the next attack against that creature has advantage
Distracting Strike (Special)
When you hit with a weapon attack, you can expend one superiority die to add the total to the damage roll and the next attack roll against the target by an attacker other than you has advantage if the attack is made before the start of your next turn
OOC: If that last hit was Lucy's attack Griff will also make an attack then Lucy can join initiaive at her new position?
Griff stabs towards the creature. Attack:21Damage: 10
(OOC: I rolled with advantage in case it failed its saving throw from Lucy's previous attack and is now prone. Take whatever roll is proper)
OOC: You made an attack with the wolf with your initiative, you do not get an additional attack. NOW she's being added to the order you both will get attacks.
