Astraea's hunters are a group of forces that try to locate and identity Rusalkas an Eidolons. Employed by the Gods of D&D, with Stella as their commander, how can they loose?

Adventurers from all over come to seek guidance from Stella, her priest form, to help with their spirit problems. But recently, her more secret identity has been showing up: a whore that can use flying/diving vehicles named Avala. She would deny it, but it happens every night, with Avala seeking information about the Rusalkas and Eidolons, but finding very little information.
That's where you come in, trying to uncover the stealthy variant of Stella, rumored to be hunting in the grounds where Stella is.
But that's nothing compared to what happens every full moon. Whenever it happens, Stella and Avala become one, deranged beyond comparison, and looking like a horror. This forces her parents to lock her away that night, and throw away the key.
It's why you've been sent to investigate. But it won't be easy to help her...

Anyone that would either become an adult or be born of a blood red moon would be a harbinger of disaster. If born, that being would be evil, but if obtained when an adult, that being would be there to prevent the disaster. In this case, Stella became one as an adult.
In three RP days time, Stella comes of age, and it is a blood red moon then. But she has her doubts about being there on that day, thinking about sneaking away the night before, like usual. But this time, at the stroke of 1 pm, she's destined to discover her proper birthright.
How will the adventurers take that? It's pre-scripted they would discover the hidden Eidolon temple that Stella developed, noticing her properly awaken. At that time, she will grow to lv2, and her dexterity will grow by 1.

Stella was at her favorite area, the source of water there. For this was a water elemental cathedral.
"Three days before I become a high priest, and all because of the blood red moon. Am I really destined to be pampered in front of the public, when all I want is to discover what has come of the Rusalkas and Eidolons... no." She said this in concern over the royal family, that had raised her in these cathedral walls. Admittedly, she could adventure, and was used to that, but due to an inability to survive well, they tried to keep her a little too safe and secure, and now that she was coming of age, that only increased the security measures over this place.
Too secure she thought, realizing how lawful the forces are. But it was generally common sense that nobody could locate those Rusalka and Eidolon spirits, and nowadays, anyone that spoke of such would be deemed heretics, as she clearly knew. And yet, she seemed to have a deep connection with all the spirits, well guiding quite a few followers in the ways of Astraea, goddess of the stars, protector of destinies, and the great balancer unknown to most beings.
Unlike the normal spirits, however, the Rusalkas and Eidolons would be destined to prevent the spirit wars from happening, namely lords of the apocalypse. That was their sole major purpose, and since everyone thought that there was only evil spirits, it sure looked like the events leading up to those lords would easily happen. Worse, only Stella knew of the helpful spirit's real identities and their role.
So, she had to succeed on her epic quest that would unfold.v But in doing so, it also brought everyone closer to that eventual day with those lords.

Stella had been pre-occupied the night before, thinking about the right of passage. On one hand, the people loved her grace, but that was the problem. She knew she would have to declare herself a heretic over her beliefs, and she was almost certain that her birth location held major significance. But what significance?
She had walked back to her birth location, and was looking at it. "What significance does it have... does it have to do with the blood moon?"
She heard a "Yes" then. That was her Eidolon speaking, secretly hiding from her. But this didn't shock her. She had sensed this spirit. But was it actually meant for her, let alone what she suspected, an Eidolon? She decided to ask it more, but it said:
"The time for me Is ascension. Yes, I'm an Eidolon. See you then."
That sealed it. She had to be here almost precisely after midnight that day, when it was turning to such. But now it was time for the real adventurers to arrive.
This ended her night adventures for this situation.

It worked with the 2nd roll, hearing that one of their most favorite Eidolons was going to awaken caused such amazing joy that they forgot about the dangers involved. And with that, they began wreaking mischief, helping every ranger out there.

Longbow.Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage.
Description
A centaur has the body of a great horse topped by a humanoid torso, head, and arms. Reclusive wanderers, they avoid conflict but fight fiercely when pressed.
"Your taking an awful risk there, Stella, but I can see why. The blood moon approaches, and your going to turn adult."
She nodded. "Beware the blood hunters on that day. I need not explain why."
It was common sense that the blood hunters could use their powers at no cost at all when a blood red moon was active, for the whole day involved. But it came with a dire curse as well. It also marked the time the vampires and werewolves most dreaded. For on those days, their powers were all but active. Should a blood hunter find them that day, their souls would be permanently enslaved by the blood hunters.

As she returned to the place, the guards there marched in unison to her position, and she knew exactly what that meant. When she arrived in the temple's prime room, her father was there. He sighed a lament, and she noticed the same Centaur there.
"Stirring up the fae... shame on you. But it was to be expected, only you could do that, Stella. I'm not disappointed, however..."
She acted shocked. But they all knew her way better than that. "You know?"
He nodded. "Don't worry, those blood hunters won't come within 100 miles of this place, if I have any say in the matter. But the price tag for your birth is this kingdom. It was prophesized by the centaurs under my employ that they would come, and this empire would fall on a blood red moon, but the secret daughter under my care would live.
I know your a changeling as well. I've been watching your other form for quite some time, sneaking out by night, and acting ignorant over your mischief."
Stella was amazed. "So... I must avenge this kingdom over all the blood hunters that will live?"
He nodded. "it always comes every 13th generation... like clockwork. The most important forgotten empire falls to the blood hunters."
So the prophecy was fully revealed to Stella now. But she would seek to change this fate. Why should power be limited to the blood hunters, when faith could cause miracles? This was why she revered the Rusalka and Eidolons. But at least now she could rest easy, knowing that the king was her proper father. She was glad of that.
The Plot Situation: On the blood moon day, all blood hunters have all their costs waived, and they are lv20. However, if they don't have a captured soul that day, they will be dead at midnight. All blood hunters know this! Higher ups, however, know the prophecy involving the daughter of destiny, and will demand her soul or kill her.

Stella went back into the forest, noticing a strange spirit there. Turning back to talk with her, he said in the infernal language: "Don't do it. Either direction leads to the Apocalypse, and the Eidolons are too powerful." Then it vanished.
Perceptions:18
Stella sighed. She didn't realize that wisdom would change that, the very thing that perceptions most used. But she knew the good, even with this low roll, that she wouldn't abuse her Eidolons. "Power... It can be abused, but is there a counter? I don't intend to abuse them, but others would. Hmm... I guess I will keep that hunting agenda a secret then. it may do."
She had to be a secret, so the number was a great blessing in disguise. But this pointed to using Deception. She knew that the king would have to lie in order to placate the blood hunters, or they would never keep hunting for her. But knowing her father, she knew he would even lie to preserve her life.
She had gained the arts of deception from her father, so it was a very wise move there, and it would save her life soon.

Stella had talked with quite a few people to gain more insights about her situation, and had her doubts about what the king had to do. As the day came, the king was right in the area where she was born, and there was quite a few sentinels there. He sighed. "The way of the knight or the father... Civics versus morals. It's a very difficult choice, but the key is wisdom. We've known about the power of the Eidolons. That's why there's blood hunters, not elementalists. Too many live in fear of those hunters, so the times are very dark. Too dark.
So, Stella, shall I lie in your stead? It's the price I must pay to save you. The sacrifice of another for your life. All of us are doomed to die from the hunters anyhow, and all of them are willing to die just to make people feel safe."
A terrible choice indeed, the worst possible outcome. But at least it was only 1 for 1. This was nothing compared to another nightmare in a land, where 20 vs 2 was the choice. But by far to painful morally to make up. Further, the choice was clear. It had to be her father. Only then could Shydra awaken. It would turn all the soldiers into wraiths but that was a fair price to change the fates.
"Please... I know it has to be you, but that's the one thing I cannot bear to see most of all." Stella said.
"We spoiled you with love, and your alignment turned chaotic good thanks to that. Never forget your divine cause. You know way better than them."
This armored her for her adventures. It was ordained, written all over her personality, so no rolls were needed.
They could hear the shouts of blood then, but it was midnight already. The king, a sorcerer, began the incantation then, plunged the dagger in his heart, and everyone save Stella was liberated from their souls in the temple plus community.
Just then, Stella found herself in a new area - lair of the goblin king.
Lv3 obtained.

Lifesource Breathing. This creature can breathe when either contracted, where's there's a lot of life, or high-end life. Eidolon of Peace. If you don't attack any enemies, they cannot attack you either. This only applies if contracted. Anti-Focus Aura. No matter how hard you try, you can only either see OR notice the shydra.
Actions
Shydra Healing. Heals for 3d6+10 any ally, adding 3 times targe'ts charisma bonus to such. Costs an action, and range is sight.
Shydra Charming. Compare the shydra's charisma to it's target. Range is 300 feet, and costs an action. On a successful charisma roll, the enemy is charmed for the remainder of the duel, choosing the shydra for the charming effects.
Shydra Bubbles. Does ice damage for 3d6+10 on any enemy, doing a constitution saving roll to such. Costs an action, and range is 300 feet. Target is treated as if underwater for 3 turns after it's done, and this attack cannot work again until the bubble runs out.
Reactions
Eidolon of Peace. Enemies and allies can become inspired to have better charisma around the Shydra as desired. This grants a 2d4+5 bonus to wisdom and charisma rolls, but that requires contracting.
Legendary Actions
Eidolon Contract. Every eidolon has conditions, or else failing that, the price tag, even for angels/demons, is their soul. The shydra options are:
1. Prevent at least 3 empires from going to war. 2. Awaken at three other Eidolons, you don't need to contract. 3. Save the lives of at least 13 people, without intentionally setting such up.
Description
One of the rarest and most illusive of the Eidolons, the Shydra is a peace loving creature that keeps allies safe and secure no matter what.
"Let me guess - no cost?" She was using a charisma check on this, and when blessed with Shydra, that as good as guaranteed. It was confirmed with a dastardly snicker.
What nightmare has been set loose? Let's find out...
Unfortunately, this was the underdark, so her tracking bonuses were useless presently. Then again, her own charisma could work miracles now. So, this maze would be a metaphorical 'walk in the park'.

She walked forward, and no matter what she would try, they would spot her there. But it didn't matter. "What the? Not another blasted sorcerer. What would you have of us?"
"That's ranger, and I could restore the old ways of the goblin with the power I have on my side. Go on, do yourcharisma check. I wager my soul."

"And yet, I know your lawful evil. We both know that your nature is greed. Don't you wish you could re-embrace the neutral chaos?"
This greatly inspired the goblin. "Hmm... they talk of you having the one pure and true power. But this sounds like an irony made in stone. I've long wondered whether destiny is a ***** or a whore. But you seem quite the charmer. So, show me this power."
Suddenly, Shydra snickered, with Stella saying: "I dare you to see and notice Shydra."
All over the power of charisma, the alchemist quite literally lost her mind, and instantly gained it as well. "The ultimate gambit! Sign me up, the chaos MUST return!"
Geeden has emerged. Raging goblin hordes - here we come!
But this chapter was only just beginning.

Three of these beings joined Stella, but there were another three defending Geeden. Thanks to the awakening, she had a contract and freebie(just one adventure), but there was a catch. She couldn't gain Geeden as her patron eidolon. Instead, someone either chaotic or evil could solve the geeden riddle to get a free contract without conditions.
Worse, if the centaur leader she was planning to encounter knew her agenda, that could be disastrous. So, she hoped he wouldn't have truesight on him.
Then again, desperate times would call for desperate measures. With the power she knew he would obtain, he would realize just how bad her situation is - blood hunters!
Would she succeed?

Stella didn't really need the Shydra armaments the alchemists were developing, but they proved to be very stylish, and marked her as unique. Of course, Shydra's domain was charisma but that was only the beginning.
The battle, as planned, was really just a ruse. Probably the first of many. She really just wanted to help the centaurs to re-develop the genesis tree.
"Remember, make it look good, but it's just a ruse. I'm supposed to look like a victim."
The Geeden power would only work until she managed to proceed with her plan to win the trust and respect of the sentinels in that grotto. It was just a sampler that wouldn't cost the usual patronage situation, and thus, would never repeat.
She didn't like gambling... but there was another factor with patronage. Normal forces could only have one patron, but she could be patron to three. And there was a bigger risk too, normally Eidolons would only appear to one campaign team, and be limited to 3 per team. But with Stella around, unlimited Eidolons could be summoned per team.

With Geeden awakening, quite a few people were on alert over this new entity. Like usual, each step would result in forces being more aware of them.
The Centaurs in the Sacred Forest were concerned over this. There were few sacred places left, and most those places were probably being constantly besieged by the normal humans. But this new power was even more dangerous that anything they had ever encountered.
That was because the power of Eidolons was so great, every perception check would really hit their awareness hard.
"Do you feel a frightening new power?" One centaur said. The entire squad nodded. "It feels like the one true power!"
Was it? it may as well be. But this amazing power came with dire costs well beyond the normal. It was so strong, it would demand souls in it's wake. And it was by far worse if you would default on patronage.
Everyone within 45 miles of the transformed goblin leader sensed his ascension to Geeden, instantly knowing this repulsive power dominated luck. It was by far too cheaty. But they didn't have a clue just how dastardly Stella could be.
They noticed a female twin blade ranger approach them, running from goblin alchemists. They began bullying her not long after that, loving the chaos, just like in the plan.
Charging in, they would strike for 13, but it only resulted in 5 due to Geeden's power. But the alchemists ran then with a neutral tone.
"Eid..." She said, pretending a faint.
and of course, the deception check would always succeed. So, they were convinced.
When the people had gathered around her, they were concerned. Did she know something?
Waking up then, Stella sighed a breath of relief. "Thanks. But please, I have dire news. I know about the awakening."
This shocked them. "What the heck is going on then?"
"Eidolons. They caught me off guard... forced me to awaken him. Heaven forbid that Geeden gains a patron..."
Eidolons. The ancient sprits of great power - reborn! This was both a miracle and disaster in the making par none. everyone knew what they were, but few knew the legends that were associated with such. Or did they? It didn't matter.
"Ok, I'm better now. But dang that. I'm on a quest to awaken such beings and form an allegiance with the right forces."
Dang, they felt this was a very close one. Feeling a strong bond with her, they led her to their camp and she told her full story to them thus far. They agreed on Allying with her Hunter group then.
"Now, I have a plan in this area, re-awaken the genesis tree. One of you will need to volunteer to be an eidolon, but that means becoming an elemental. Remember, Eidolons protect. They are forbidden to cause the apocalypse. But they can torment and profit."
It had worked, of course. But with that, they resupplied her, and they called it a night. There would be much to do soon.

Shield Bash.Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Reactions
Parry. The gladiator adds 3 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the gladiator must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Divine Eminence. As a bonus action, the priest can expend a spell slot to cause its melee weapon attacks to magically deal an extra 10 (3d6) radiant damage to a target on a hit. This benefit lasts until the end of the turn. If the priest expends a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the extra damage increases by 1d6 for each level above 1st.
Spellcasting. The priest is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). The priest has the following cleric spells prepared:
Mace.Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage.
Just then, 5 knights, 3 gladiators, and 2 priests were approaching them, concerned about the chaos alignment that had been sensed here. But they were just investigating the situation for the community. They would arrive a bit later, but the situation was that whatever was happening, it was way too powerful to overlook, regardless their alignment. So, it made good sense to investigate.

That meant they were just seeing if there was a threat, nothing special there. As they approached, Stella showed her emblem. "Stella Bryton, I'm the leader of a cult known as Astraea'shunters, but careful if you join with me, as my enemies are the Dragonkin and Blood Hunters."
They looked up to the area where Geeden is. "We sensed something up there. Do you know what that place is?"
Stella lied again, but it was only a half lie. They could tell she was holding something back, and that piqued their curiosity.
"That's very dangerous news. But I wouldn't be going up there. Your luck would end the moment you set foot in Geeden's Lair. You sensed the chaos, right?"
They knew it was the truth. Satisfied with the answer, they wondered what her agenda would be. Explaining she was planning on reviving the genesis tree, this impressed them. So, they decided to spread the news.

The Eidolons Awaken: Is it safe?

Stella came up with a devious plan then, she could turn the fae in this area into Rusalka, secretly supporting the Rangers. It was too perfect, and would distract the people.

I am Stella Bryton and the daughter of the goddess of destiny here to twist the fates. it is time to properly awaken. She willed.
Religion: 16
Charisma: 20
It worked with the 2nd roll, hearing that one of their most favorite Eidolons was going to awaken caused such amazing joy that they forgot about the dangers involved. And with that, they began wreaking mischief, helping every ranger out there.

As Stella walked away, a Centaur came striding towards her.
Centaur
Charge. If the centaur moves at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a pike attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 10 (3d6) piercing damage.
Multiattack. The centaur makes two attacks: one with its pike and one with its hooves or two with its longbow.
Pike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage.
Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target.

The Plot Situation:
On the blood moon day, all blood hunters have all their costs waived, and they are lv20.

Perceptions: 18

Stella heard snickers. Don't be afraid. You have ME. They WILL NOT catch this tiger by the tail!
Eidolon of Peace. Enemies and allies can become inspired to have better charisma around the Shydra as desired. This grants a 2d4+5 bonus to wisdom and charisma rolls, but that requires contracting.

Go on, do your charisma check. I wager my soul."
They gasped. "The one pure and true power! Our lord would kill us for refusing you!"
An irony written in stone. Shydra definitely snickered.

2-1: A game of chance.
"How interesting..." The goblin alchemist said. "But I'm not so easily charmed. I can see through your mischievous ruse."
games of chance, dare him not, for the dice is loaded. He must be reasonable, but he need not be fair.

Great Oddity. When being attacked, you simply do not roll a dice vs this unit, but damage applies as if it's rolled.
Eidolon Contract. Every eidolon has conditions, or else failing that, the price tag, even for angels/demons, is their soul. The Geeden options are:
1. Make a precisely 50% roll value on all rolls with an action.
2. Scheme someone out of 50% of their fair share of profits for one campaign.
3. Confuse at least 30 different people in a campaign.
4. Roll a 1d20 dice. On a fail(10 or less), you re-randomize the goal again.
You don't choose, it's randomly picked, and no take backs. (1d4)
THIS is the Geeden Eidolon. Good luck, your going to need it.
This statement is meant to be both provocative and condescending. Knight
Brave. The knight has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Multiattack. The knight makes two melee attacks.
Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d10) piercing damage.
Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, the knight can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 30 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the knight. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the knight is incapacitated.
Parry. The knight adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the knight must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Gladiator
Brave. The gladiator has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the gladiator hits with it (included in the attack).
Multiattack. The gladiator makes three melee attacks or two ranged attacks.
Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. and range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage, or 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.
Shield Bash. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Parry. The gladiator adds 3 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the gladiator must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Priest
Cantrips (at will): light, sacred flame, thaumaturgy
1st level (4 slots): cure wounds, guiding bolt, sanctuary
2nd level (3 slots): lesser restoration, spiritual weapon
3rd level (2 slots): dispel magic, spirit guardians
Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.

Neutral Aligned...
That meant they were just seeing if there was a threat, nothing special there. As they approached, Stella showed her emblem. "Stella Bryton, I'm the leader of a cult known as Astraea's hunters, but careful if you join with me, as my enemies are the Dragonkin and Blood Hunters."
