As Elon takes the submersible down he starts to turn it, shining the lights all the way around. Phaedra and Kestrell see movement for just a moment at the edge of the light and motion for the sub to head in that direction. The two pilots quickly maneuver as told and soon the party sees a giant mechanical turtle ahead of them making it's way toward a building. Dropping in behind and blow it, the party follows keeping their prey just in sight. The turtle starts to surface within what looks to be a warehouse and the party follows.
As the submersible breaks the water next to the mechanical turtle, the party see's the now familiar three drow dragging a body, hands and feet bound, as they step onto the turtle. One of the drow stops and lifts the head of the body by it's hair and you see that it's Vassa and that he's been beaten quite severely and is bleeding in a few places. "Look, your friends came to rescue you." the drow says and they all laugh. Two of them life Vassa and toss him into the water where he immediately starts to sink. One calls out, "Chase us or save your friend? You choose." and the three walk up onto the turtle.
OOC: Need initiative rolls from everyone and tell me where your character is heading.
Phaedra will cast Light on an object near the three villains.
OCC: Are we inside an underwater room? If that is the case can I cast Light on the ceiling over them?
You're in a warehouse where there's floor on one half and water on the other half. You see that the north wall stops at the water to allow small boats to enter and leave the warehouse.

Selinae is swimming down toward Vassa and is surprised to see that he's not as helpless as he appeared. As you watch the ropes binding him start to untie as if another person was in the water next to him doing it for him.
The three drow are standing on Big Belchy. The sub that you're on/in is ten feet from Big Belchy and five feet from the floor of the warehouse.
Kestrell sends a quick Hail of Thorns at second level at the middle Drow with his bonus action and then sends a crossbow bolt from his hand crossbow at the Drow: 12, damage: 7 piercing.
If it hits, a rain of thorns sprout from the bolt and the drow and each creature within 5 fete of it must make a DC14 Dex save or take 4 additional piercing damage (half on a pass).
Able to speak underwater due to the potion ( I think?) Selinae asked Vassa if he was good to swim himself, assuming he says yes she will turn towards and swim underneath and onto the belly of the turtle. She then jammed her dagger into it trying to lever off the plating.
Vassa nods to Selinae's question and continues to somehow untie himself. Selinae swims under Big Belchy and attacks. She's able to pierce the hull allowing water to start entering the mechanical turtle but she can't seem to lever off the plating.
Kestrell takes a shot at the middle drow but overshoots his target.
Phaedra casts Hold Person on Seluun, catching him off guard she can feel that he hardly resists the magic at all as it settles over him.
Elon and Silver work together to get the submersible to go forward and grab Big Belchy with the machine's claws. It doesn't appear to damage the turtle but the grip looks strong enough for the sub to stay attached to the turtle as it moves which it is starting to do.
The two drow that are able to move pull their firearms and shoot at Kestrell and Phaedra. The bullet that hits Phae ricochets off but Kestrell isn't so lucky as he's hit for 12 piercing dmg and 14 poison dmg.
OCC: How far is Phaedra from the drow now that out sub moved forward?
Also does Seluun break her Hold Person spell before Phaedra turn as his initiative is first. Just want to know so I can decide if I'm casting another spell or not.

Kestrell takes another shot at the middle drow: 24, damage: 8. On a hit, the drow and each creature within 5 feet must make a DC 14 Dex Save or take an additional 11 piercing damage.
If that does hit, Kestrell will use his bonus action to cast Hunter's Mark on the drow that spoke, and then he will use all of his movement to get as much cover as he can behind the submersible. Hoping for full cover.
