Upon taking the Javelin hit, Bulwark immediately rages. Taking out his shield and warhammer, he thunders towards the group of yellow bugbears, stopping at K12, right next to BBY2, and swings at him, recklessly.

Charging at the bugbear, Bulwark fails to notice the marshy terrain and immediately sinks down to his knees. He slogs halfway across the muck, but doesn't quite get within reach of the enemy.
(Cytonus, you can update your actions if you like. Bulwark has only made the move action so far, but the difficult terrain prevented him from going far enough. I'll assume he took the dodge action unless you say otherwiwse.)

Here we go. Dog would like to use his movement to run forward and attack BBG4 (who has assumedly run forward to L7 to attack the wolf) from behind, aiming to flank it.
As he moves (I'm assuming some but not all of this is through difficult terrain, but he's only moving to the top of the next square so I assume this gets him there), he'd like to use his action surge to cast force wall in a way that protects Genny, Myon, and Keyrie from the bugbears. Description is below. If he can't cast the force wall spell for some reason, he'll cast catapult to throw a stone or stick he sees on the ground at the head of one of the bugbears on the opposite side of the grouping, dealing 10 bludgeoning damage.
Then with his main action, he attacks the bugbear in L7. If he's able to get two (or more!) in a line as he moves, he'll attack with the javelin of lightning, touching the clockwork amulet as he does, meaning the attack is automatically 10+8 = 18 dealing 10 piercing damage and 19 lightning damage to all of them. Then he'll attack with his warhammer for his extra attack. I'll include two rolls for warhammer attacks in case Dog can't get in place to hit two or more bugbears in a line and instead would use both attack and extra attack to hit the closest bugbear with warhammer.

Gash tries to do math and geometry to figure out if he can throw another fireball at the group in the south west without hitting Bulwark -- Gash decides it will be too close and doesn't want to roast his new metal friend... he might melt. Gash takes the bat guano and rubs it in his hands he sprinkles some sulfur in his right hand and starts to swirl his hands around each other bigger and bigger. All while swirling he raises his hands up and up until completely over his head and throws the fireball (L12-O12-L15-O15 does that make sense?)

“Well that didn’t go as well as planned.” Stones sees Bulwark get caught in the marsh and decides against moving forward. Instead, he begins flicking his daggers in a familiar pattern and casts Cloud of Daggers at BBY3 “You need a shave!”, which drops the Hypnotic Pattern against BBY1.
(ooc: as a reminder, I've been using Mage Armor every day as part of my morning ritual -- i have just now updated my sheet to reflect that. My AC is 16)
