Round 3:
Most of the rest of the party makes it to the doorway and wait there.
The Dwarf nods when Whistler pokes his head around the corner. "A lizard man and a bird man! Good to see you brought backup!" And then he struggles against the webbing: 19 and manages to break free of the sticky webs holding him in place. The stocky, bald dwarf spins around, grabs a pack off his desk and dives out the open window: acrobatics: 10, taking 4 bludgeoning damage.
The party is up! Baeshra and Whistler saw the dwarf throw himself out the second story window, but now don't see him as they are still in the hallway.
The soldier boys seem to be alarmed at Nyx's call, and half of them start to head up the stairs, eager to help.
Ireniana makes it about to the top of the stairs, where she is met by a half dozen moderately drunk soldiers rushing up the stairs. They ask breathlessly: "What's wrong? What's going on?"
Umbriel will make his way to the doorway, and if the webbing is still there, he'll use the Blessing of the Raven Queen to teleport to a point he can see through the window the dwarf just jumped through.
Baeshra drops his webbing and shifts into a giant constrictor snake slithering quickly through the window to attempt to constrict his opponent as it falls on him. (I'm assuming that, due to webbing being difficult terrain, he didn't get further than just outside the window.)
Constrict: Attack: 10 Damage: 19 on a hit the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained.
Baeshra drops the webbing, and makes it to the window. You see the dwarf running on the ground about 5 feet from the building. As you shift form into a giant constrictor snake, your tail lets you crawl down the building, and you have just enough movement left to try and constrict the dwarf, but he manages to duck just in time and narrowly avoids your constrict attack.
Umbriel, with the webbing dropped runs to the window right after Baeshra goes through and see the dwarf about 5 feet from the building. All your movement got you to the window, you still have an action left.
Lyngheid, Whistler, are you going out the window or back down the stairs?
Nyx is still downstairs, waiting for a response, but no one has replied to her yet.
Anyone going out the window, make an acrobatics check to see if you stick the landing.

Ireniana gives direction to the soldiers, and makes it to the top of the stairs.
Baeshra does his snake thing as previously described.
Umbriel teleports right in front of the dwarf and tries to smack him, but the dwarf is shorter than Umbriel expected and his staff whooshes right over the dwarf's head. (Actually, you could get flanking, so advantage on that attack: 11.
Lyngheid grumbles while she hurries after Ireniana.
Nyx waits patiently for a response.
Whistler flies out the window, flapping his arms before remember he is of the flightless variety and tumbles down to the ground, taking 1 bludgeoning damage and landing Prone. Whistler hops up and does indeed recognize the dwarf as the one from the wanted poster.
Round 4!
Droop sees everybody going out the window and follows suit: Acrobatics: 22, fall damage: 3. He makes the landing and runs ahead of the dwarf, turning and seeking to cut off The Weevil's escape path.
The soldiers run past Ireniana and Lyngheid, heading for the commotion.
The Weevil looks around and grins. "Persistent, I'll give you that!" and swings with one of his handaxes at Baeshra-snake: 25, and the axe bites into Baeshra for 7 damage, he continues the blow past the snake, carving into Whistler as well for 6 slashing damage. In a flash he raises the axe and swings it at Umbriel: 17, doing 6 slashing damage and he gives Umbriel a little shove when the blade bites, doing 3 additional damage and Umbriel must make a DC15 Strength save or be knocked 15 feet backwards. The Weevil swings again at Whistler: 25, but misses this time so he follows it up with the axe in his other strong hand: 16, making contact for 6 damage.
Ireniana dashes down the stairs and sprints out the front door, where she sees the rest of the party.
Lyngheid follows close behind and by dashing makes it to the front door.
Nyx sees the two of them fly by, do you join in?

On his turn, Umbriel will gather shadow energy into his palm and thrust it forward at the Weevil's head - casting Mind Spike at 3rd level, taking 24 psychic damage if he fails a DC15 Wisdom save, half that if he passes.
Baeshra-snake will try and wrap up the dwarf again, attempting to take a bite of him afterwards.

Umbriel, having been knocked backwards 15 feet, sends a blast of Shadow Enegry at the Weevil. Weevil Wisdom Save: 11 makes his save, taking half damage!

Nyx: rushes out the door after Ireniana, the rest of the soldiers that have been hanging around her all evening follow her and spill out the door.

Round 5!
Droop sees Baeshra-snake land a solid blow and constrict The Weevil, and sees everyone else surround the dwarf, so he runs over to Umbriel and hides behind him: 26.
The Soldiers on the second floor reach the window and look down, shouting questions.
The Soldiers following Nyx are alarmed at the sight of the huge snake coiling around something, and they all draw their weapons. The leader shouts "Snake! Help these travelers!" and the soldiers surround the snake, although all but two of them had to dash to get in Melee range. The two soldiers who got within melee range attack Baeshra-snake: 18, 13, 9, 22, and all 4 attacks hit doing 33 slashing damage.
One of them shouts "It's crushing a dwarf, quick men!"
The Weevil tries to break free: 14 and manages to wiggle and squirm out of the confines of Baeshra-snake's grasp. He shouts "Help! Snake!" and then runs south, giving Ireniana and Whistler (and possibly Nyx and Lyngheid if their Round 4 turns bring them in melee) attacks of Opportunity, if they want to take them in front of the guards.
Summary: - Baeshra snake takes 35 slashing damage. - Ireniana, Lyngheid, Whistler still have Round 4 turns (before the soldiers showed up) if you want to get some attacks in. - The soldiers are surrounding the snake, more are on the way from upstairs and the alarm has gone out, more city watch and soldiers are probably on the way already! - The party is up for Round 5!
