Mirica was telling out loud everything she saw, every little detail, not taking her eyes away from the picture. The spell lasts for a short time and she kept looking for as long as she could, hoping against all hope that something else will happen in that unfortunate room - someone come in, or boy will say something. When the spell was over bringing nothing else, she covered now dark and silent crystal with the cloth again. "This is it, I'm afraid. I am sorry. Gods and heavens! It can be anywhere! How are we going to find the right house?"
"It's likely she is still in Hillsfar. That is where she was taken from and if she is in some basement it's likely one in the same city. I doubt you kidnap someone and travel long distances just to find a slightly different variety of basement," Fianna said in a flat tone.
"As for finding the right basement... Filthy young boy playing guard? Sounds like they hired street urchins or the like. Kids talk and gossip almost as much as old women. We can likely get a lead on who the boy is if we ask around enough... I've also seen people use magic to track a person. That is not in my skillset but maybe one of you have something...?"
"Gods can grant to devoted such ability, true, but mortal bodies are imperfect, one blessed has to be somewhere no more than a thousand feet to sense the person in question. We will have to get to the city and walk around it."
"So we return. We try to question some street kids, perhaps that can help us narrow down the search area. When we feel we've gotten close enough then you can try your spell. If that doesn't work, we can always get creative and... hostile."
((Nothing much to do... But Fianna will bring up the question if they want to wait the 4 hours here, where the dragon may show up at any time, or return to their horses, where hopefully they still graze and haven't yet been found and devoured by Ettercaps.))
Jahren privately hates to lose this chance at the dragon, but agrees with the group's priorities. "I know where they kept Candour briefly when they took him. I will check there. If she isn't there I can find her, but it could take time." He looks to Mirica. "Some divine help would be most welcome."
After a moment the bard adds "I'd hate to miss all of the fun, but if you all think you can take on one of the younger dragons I could remain in Hillsfar, dismantle the trade organization and their spy ring, and work on solutions with Yestrel. I believe the capture and hand off of our party to the dragon may still prove an opportunity for us."
"She was very kind to me. Whoever took her must be taught a very serious lesson. I will eagerly join the rescue mission, since it seems we can come back here any time and have just as good a chance of finding the dragon, if it doesn't arrive in the next 4 hours,"Jezun says, tapping his chin with a fingertip. "We might want to stop looking like spider herders before we head back to town though, unless that is the best way to scare street kids into spilling rumors. I'd crack if a group of us pulled me into an alley."
"I will do all I can," nodded Mirica to Jahren. "But we have now one more sign - the boy was carving the picture of two people in a sword fight, into the lid of a wooden box. May be we can search for that - either openly, as a sign for "our special crate", or with the spells still. Usually it is easier to find an object." She shook her head, these all were just random ideas and the main point was returning to Hillsfar.
"I am not sure about you staying in Hillsfar alone, Jahern. We all were in a real danger before, and I trust your ability to justify the degree of that danger. But I know for sure that I still do not plan to give myself up to be handed to the dragons. Those people know what we are capable of, they will do all they can to leave us defenseless first. And dragons are smart enough to not take chances either and will strike right away. I am not ready to give my life for the bunch of greedy traitors. Even the satisfaction of knowing they are signing a death-warrant to themselves with such pact, is not worth it."
Jesun's joke made her smile a bit but he was right - if the dragon was not about to come right now (it seemed she did not), better to stay with the horses then and in your own look.
((Do we get long rest with additional 4 hours before teleporting?))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Four hours pass. (completing your long rest, technically you cast some spells in the middle, but we'll ignore that for the time being).
No dragon arrives, and nothing else of interest occurs with the ettercaps. But, Tic does appear. Toc's copy emerges from the woods and nods to everyone politely. Tic talks to him, and then he walks away.
Toc turns to the group, "Tic will take the horses and return to the Harl Farmstead with them. They would not survive in this area alone and I can not teleport them all."
Fianna drops her Seeming spell and Toc speaks a powerful arcane word. Existence folds in on itself around the group and then explodes outwards and they all look around find themselves in the basement of Toc's house. The magic circle on the floor is glowing yellow with dim blue light as the magic of the teleportation spell slowly fades...but...that it isn't concealed under it's carpet is unusual. In fact, glancing around, you see the usual furniture and stored stuff here has been vandalized, with broken bits of furniture everywhere. The carpet is tossed against a wall in a rumpled pile. It's silent down here, as usual, with no noise emerging from the city above. Also though, there is a thin layer of liquid all across the entire floor. It is shiny and pungent, and you quickly realize the floor and furniture down here is coated in oil. The door at the top of the stairs is open, and a filthy looking child sits there. In his hand is a small clay pot, smoke is puffing from within it. He looks down with a fright, and then in a rush throws the small pot down the stairs.
Everyone roll initiative with disadvantage.

A little disoriented from the teleportation, and seeing the smoking pot flying through the air, sensing that it is trouble before he even has the measure of their surroundings, Chen releases the magic of his cloak that he had been ready to use in the dragon's den.
Cast Web to fill the area, making to sure enclose the space where the pot is heading, but not sparing the group if necessary, and encompassing the child if possible...
((what happens before her will decidedly change what she does, so just initiative for now. Though... Since we are wanted in this town, Fianna would have suggested she use Seeming to make them all seem like ordinary citizenry before they ported in... likely wouldn’t change kids action at all though.))

No problem. She first casts a seeming spell to make everyone appear like normal, human, Hillsfarian citizens. You are correct, it does not change the kids action.
Toc mutters, "I should have mentioned I was taking us here....and to expect an ambush...."
Jezun reaches out for the clay pot but is just a smidge too slow. The pot shatters and the coals inside spray across the floor.
Anyone that was expecting an explosive result was disappointed. The boy vanishes around the corner and you hear his feet racing across the room upstairs as he opens the front door with a slam.
Blueish flickering flame races across the floor and across the layer of oil, but it will take a few moments, and some of the other fuel in the room before it really turns into any sort of inferno.
Jezun / Mirica, your actions.

Jezun looks at the spreading flame, his magically-gifted friends, and then darts up the stairs after the kid. You could have sworn you heard him say "little f**ker" under his breath before you actually hear him say, "I'll get him, don't get exploded."
Jezun has 60 feet for his normal move (he can move across liquids, and up vertical surfaces without falling) so I'm going to assume he'll be able to get at least within sight, if not right up to the kid who threw the pot on that move. He's looking for anyone else who might be involved, but he'll use his action to channel the air around the kid into a solidified Clench of the Norht Wind and hold person, WIS 18.
If not, he'll use a ki point to use a bonus action for Step of the Wind to get to the kid.
It was but a moment between the pot spilling the coals and Mirica's awakening to the situation. She did not anticipate fire-fighting and water of ice prayers were all gone from her mind, but she still had feet.
Depending on the speed of fire spreading - if she deems possible to stomp the fire (including covering it with the cloak and stomping), she does that. If it looks like fire spreads too fast - will usher everyone out and leave as well.
