So with the most recent Hadozee errata, I know Wizards have said they wont reprint the offensive material into any future reprints. The Question I have is will they ever reprint any Alternate Artwork covers with the errata in it. I pre-ordered the first run with the alternate cover art and was really really disappointed to see the artwork and problematic backstory still there but I love the alternate cover art. Will we see alternate cover arts that will not have the offensive material but instead have the Hadozee errata inside?
Dm Screen Information on the physical edition is missing for digital purchases. At least 4+ tables to properly run a campaign are only found on physical DM screen.

I'm not wanting to starting a discussion as to why (and right or wrong aspect there of) but will any art of the Hadozee be posted again?
I'm not the most observant person so I'm not sure why, but if the art did offend anyone I'm not asking for a reason here. Just curious if any art will be restored. (I don't mind a change personally, I was never a big fan of the wings, but as that is part of their kit I would guess even replacement art would have that)
Edit: found the reason. so... rather, when will NEW Hadozee art be posted would be the question?

The people who called the Hadozee art "minstrel" would also call the apes in Planet Of The Apes "minstrel". Because accordingly to them all ape/monkey people are "minstrel".

There is actual historical artwork of racist depictions of black people as monkeys in minstrel attire, that looks 1 to 1 as some of the Spelljammer art. Poses, expressions, attire. To me personally, the resemblance is to similar to be accidental, especially with the other changes made to the hadozee lore for this release, but regardless of what I think there, the artwork IS incredibly similar and offensive. You can find the aforementioned historical artwork pretty easily by googling the controversy, plenty of reddit threads and articles link to it as an example of why the artwork was so controversial. If you'd rather ignore it, and wallow in the *********ory mindset of "PC gone mad" culture, then please feel free to do so privately.
Yeah, found that one after I posted it. I felt the story didn't reflect that much of a connection, but that art is concernedly spot on. Ironically it wasn't that easy to find, most stuff was about the text. I only found 1 that really pointed out the image (although I obviously stopped looking at that point)
Hoping they come back with better art in the future. Personally I'm not a fan of the "goofy" art some of the more recent books have gone with.

I'm not sure what you're getting at, I had no issue with the story as an ode to PotA, but the art, the one piece is the one that is concerning. Even if unintentional (i.e. perhaps their reference, what not that image, but an image that use the inappropriate one as a reference (or one down the line) (thus the connection was unintentional), regardless it was wise to remove that.
Still hoping they add some good art down the line.
How do you add the spells you get with the magic initiate feat from astral drifter background? I was able to add the cleric feat, but can't add any spells to go with it.

You go onto your character sheet, "manage feats" in the features section, go to the feat (if you've added the feat already, there should be a little blue "!" Indicating you have outstanding options) click on the feat, which will show you the feat's description as well as any choice boxes you can interact with.
Is there actual ship to ship combat rules? What generates the air bubble for the ships: is it simply leaving an atmosphere or is it a part of the ship?
I understand the updates about respect and all but forgetting to include rules about a major aspect of the game like stuff that happen in space is precenting ne from buying the digital content for my beyond account
While I'm glad that WotC/DDB are reflecting their learnings from Spelljammer, I'm disappointed to see so much about reprinting and errata with little to no comment on the lack of content in the Astral Adventurer's guide and their learnings from the rest of the content release given community feedback. While also understanding that mistakes are made, it is immensly disappointing to have pre-ordered the books to have errata on Character Options, Creature Stat Blocks & the Adventure Module released. It is concerning to have the precedent that with a shift to digital gaming, the tabletap space is being left behind for more of a "live-service", post-release quality control model. Would very much enjoy seeing an article or interview of lessons learned in this regard or if the team is okay with this mindset in the future. This is also my concern with One D&D as opposed to a new edition, and I am inclined to believe the team is okay with the live service mindset going forward.
Some of the changes I just don't understand. Why are the Mercane celestials instead of giants now? Why have the Aartuk has any signs of personal culture taken away, like their priesthood and warrior class?
They seem such strangely specific and innocuous things to change, when so much that was lacking in the product hasn't been.
So in 3rd edition Mercanes were Outsiders who spoke Abyssal, Celestial, Common, Draconic, Infernal; telepathy 100 ft. Making them Celestials makes some sense. But they changed them from Giants to Celestials without changing the languages. Mercanes still speak Giant in 5e. They don't speak Celestial. What kind of Celestial can't speak Celestial?

The missing information that is on the DM screen.
Wildspacer Background Does Not display the Close Encounter Table for players to roll what their close encounter was.
Extras - Vehicles Spelljammer Ships don’t display damage thresholds in any of the quick access stat blocks.
Dm Screen Information on the physical edition is missing for digital purchases. At least 4+ tables to properly run a campaign are only found on physical DM screen.
We're planning to address this oversight.

Any idea when the missing DM screen content will be added to the digital content?
Hi everyone! We've got a new update for everyone with Spelljammer!

Happy we got some of the artwork back, tho!
