Here are just a few bugs of things that I have encountered so far while playing around in the character creator, I'm sure things will get ironed out before full release but it's worth documenting them so they get the attention they need.
In the Classes section of Game Rules the class and subclass features do not indicate what level they are awarded.
Ritual Caster feat - not functioning correctly. Main dropdown has classes AND stats (int, cha, wis) in it. If you select a casting stat from the dropdown you indeed benefit from the +1 increase, however the ritual spells you then subsequently choose in the following dropdown menus do not appear in your characters known spells on the character sheet. If you choose a class from the stat increase dropdown you do not benefit from the +1 to a chosen stat and when you select the ritual caster spells you A) Aren't given enough dropdowns to correspond with your current proficiency bonus, my character has +4 proficiency and only has 3 dropdowns to choose spells from, and B) the third dropdown menu doesn't have any options in it.
Fighting Style - Ranger and Paladin are unable to select a fighting style from their dropdown menus.
Warlock Invocations - Agonizing Blast does not let you select one of your warlock cantrips to apply the bonus to, defaults to eldritch blast whether you have chosen eldritch blast as one of your cantrips or not. Also currently only able to select this invocation once, despite being a repeatable invocation.
All the annoying dropdown menu bugs with Ritual Caster have been fixed however spells selected still do not show up on the character sheet.
Agonizing Blast still defaults to Eldritch Blast, cannot be selected more than once and cannot be added to any other damaging cantrip as it states you can.
It's been 3 months, time to pull your fingers out and start addressing things.
Blame the bulk of Hasbro-assigned IT presumably being delegated to Sigil development.
There's not a dang thing any moderator or admin can do about it.
This ownership blink glitch is getting annoying. The PHB and DMG blink out of my ownership every few days, and it's really annoying.

The boons aren't showing up either in the character builder sheet.
I had the old every thing button and noticed the new phb epic boons are not visible in the character builder, so I did what I usually do and buy the new shit to make it visible to me, but still nothing. I think this is now a you problem and not a something stupid I did or didn't do.
I now have both phb's and still do not see the epic boons like specifically the boon of fortitude. This one is why I spent about 25 bucks and I still don't have it. I'm not happy.
The boons aren't showing up either. I had bought the everything button like 2 years ago and mostly kept up with new stuff. I wanted to add the boon of fortitude to a character and its' not showing up. Half the boons weren't showing up. The half that were in the 2024 rules weren't showing up but the free half I didn't want were. So I did what any moron with more money than sense would do, I bought the new PHB to get the new feat. Guess what is still not showing up after I spent about 25 bucks on it? What else am I doing wrong, or is this a you problem I should be getting upset over wasted money over?
Thank you, it was not synched. I'm happy it was a me being stupid problem.
Oh, I wouldn't say it was you being stupid; it's perfectly reasonable to expect that kind of thing to work without needing some kind of manual intervention, and it usually does, but for some people, sometimes, it doesn't for some reason. Sometimes D&D Beyond feels like a building built on a foundation made of pretzel sticks.
Hi, sorry to bother everyone. I have the 2014 PHB in my library, purchased in 2021. I am now creating a new character, but when I look at the options available for rogue subclasses I can see a lot of them (I own also most of the extra content pre 2024) but not the PHB 2014 option, namely assassin and arcane trickster. I have ticked the box to include the 2014 options in the character creator home page, but no luck. Any help please?

You’re using the 2024 version of the class without having access to the 2024 PHB. Change your class to the 2014 version instead. You may need to scroll down to find it.
Hey! This does not show up in your Reactions in your character sheet, please add it so it is correctly there. Thanks! =)
Barbarian, Subclass Path of the World Tree
Branches of the Tree, PHB-2024, pg. 56
While your Rage is active and a creature you can see starts its turn within 30 ft. of you, you can take a Reaction to summon spectral branches around it. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Str. saving throw or be teleported to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 ft. of you or in the nearest unoccupied space you can see.
After the target teleports, you can reduce its Speed to 0 until the end of its turn.
Sorcerer's Draconic Sorcery subclass has a bug in which the Dex modifier is added to your AC as a part of Draconic Resilience, but then the Dex is added to the AC again outside of that trait.
Example:
Sorcerer with 14 (+2) Dex and 14 (+2) Con, should have an AC of 14 (2 Dex + 2 Con), but instead has an AC of 16 (2 Dex + 2 Dex + 2 Con).
Expected Behavior: Once feat selection is made, and all X spells are selected the spells should be added to the character sheet to be cast at will or as rituals.
Bug: While the feat and spell selections show properly in both the character editor and under Features & Traits the spells are not added to the character sheet and there is no way to "cast" them. Additionally, while under Features & Traits there is no tick box for Quick Ritual to make usage of the feat feature easily tracked.
Also, the feat allows you to pick 6 spells even when the proficiency bonus is only 3. The sheet also then says no choice made for the 3 extra spells when you only pick 3 and leave 3 unchosen to follow the rule.
I have a warlock character and was switching my spells from legacy to newer versions. There was no new version of Shatter listed while managing spells. Checking into it, it looks the new Shatter spell has a duplicate "wizard" in the "Available for" and no "warlock". I assume this is a mistake.

It's not a mistake, or at least, it matches what's in the 2024 Player's Handbook. Shatter is no longer on the Warlock spell list in the new book.

There is a bug in the character builder with weapon mastery and multiclassing into fighter (have not tested with others)
How to reproduce:
Make a character that gains weapon mastery (barbarian, rogue, etc.)
Multiclass into fighter. If you have already chosen weapon masteries, the option to choose weapon masteries at first level is not available.
They are not added as options on the first weapon masteryand removed from the second. This is incorrect as it states in the PHB:
Gain the Fighter’s level 1 features, which are listed in the Fighter Features table.
The level 1 Fighter Features table lists the following:
3
Just remembering there is no 2024 version of the spellbook yet.
Fix the warlock invocations! Let us pick from either year and let us make custom ones!!!!!
You are absolutely amazing, thank you very much!

Ignore this wasn't a bug was me clicking the wrong monk class.

Okay! Maybe a problem with the book too? Don't know why wizard is listed twice.
Because 2014 and 2024 wizard are different classes as far as the site is concerned.
