Circle of the old ways 'Bark Bulwark' has its snippet coded incorrectly - ability states you have AC equal to your wis and dex mods but the snippet uses dex + con

The Stoneborn species have the feature "Silver Bulwark", which allows them to take a reaction to get some resistances.  Dndbeyond shows those resistances are on permanently.

Question about the Warlock's Horned King subclass, specifically its 3rd level feature, Witch Mark. Here's the description:

When you finish a Long Rest, you can imbue magic into a nonmagical Tiny object you’re holding. Choose one of your prepared Warlock spells that has a casting time of an action. A creature holding the marked object can take a Magic action to cast the spell (using your Charisma modifier, spell attack bonus, or spell save DC). The mark fades when the spell is cast from it or when you finish a Long Rest.

The text doesn't say a spell slot is expended. Is that intended?

 It doesn't cost a spell slot to put it on. Answered on the CM discord server.
