Hey quick question on beyond the experiment background when you choose natural armor.... I made a level 1 barbarian with no armor on. He has an ac of 30.... dex +3 con +4.... is this correct or is it an error on beyond?..... this is a response from the legends of avantris discord server (not an official response from the group.)
this was the best response I got
"I think what has happened is that because you are a barbarian with the Experiment background, it gives you the barbarian Unarmored Defense (10) plus your Dex modifier (+3) and then, because you chose the Experiment background, that has given you another 17 for Natural Armor: 13 + your Con modifier (+4) = 17. Instead of just replacing your barbarian's AC with the Altered AC, it has added it instead."

has anyone else seen this before or know what's going on?
The Black Candle item is giving the attuned player a +2 to all saving throws, even though none of its description suggest the player would gain this bonus. I feel like this may have been a misinterpretation of the DC saving throw increase it can do?
1: Grim Harbinger beast companion not on character sheet like Beast Master.
2: The Monk Subclass of Haze doesn't say what their saves scale off Wis or Dex.
3: My players have told me Horned King patron isn't working well (Idk how and have to ask them again haven't played it myself)
4: Jericko's Banjo increases the performance on the sheet far too high (Many items are broken like this)
5: Paladin of Castigation their LV 7 aura tries to add Insight/Investigation but adds the wrong amount instead of Charisma modifier.
That's all I can think of top my head but I know there's more it's usually a ton of stuff we notice as were playing and such. That being said I am grateful for the stuff they are slowly fixing ^^

Veil of the Reaper does not appear in Magical Secrets for Bard, but every other Wizard spell from this book does. It is a 2nd level spell according to the book, and the Bard would have access to it at 10th level.

This is covered by the Monk class itself in the Monk's Focus feature.
"Some features that use Focus Points require your target to make a saving throw. The save DC equals 8 plus your Wisdom modifier and Proficiency Bonus."
That said, the character sheet should now show the DCs for these features. If you think it should be included in the book as well, you'll need to discuss that with Avantris.
For the Ranger: Grim Harbinger class you get a ghostly creature called a Grim. The Grim does not populate so the class does not have the information for it to be used.
I'm finding this same problem. Would love if we can have a little HP counter like the dragon's hp bar for the drakewarden ranger. Also if we can see the STAT block for the Grimm in your character sheet would be amazing.
The Grim, the Ranger subclass summoned pet doesn't have an included statblock anywhere although it does have the icon indicating it is a Crooked Moon specific creature.
I also noticed that for the "Horned king warlock" the ability "Malediction" has different curses that you can hit an enemy with but it shows up on your own saving throws.
Amnesiac. Asks to choose two tools to gain proficiency in, should only ask for one.
Cultist, Experiment, Wicker Weaver. Gives the listed proficiencies in the character sheet, however doesn't note this in the Backgrounds section of the character builder.
"Wood Wose" and "Wood Wose: Shillelagh" both appear under Actions > Bonus Actions despite being the nearly identical and likely an unnecessary duplication.
Gnarlborn: For some reason, the 'Elderwoods Whispers' feature causes the tool proficiency box on your character sheet to say: "(You gain proficiency with a skill, a tool, or learn one language of your choice until you next finish a Long Rest.)" instead of just listing what it is that you have.
Hide of the Brimstone Behemoth shows its Fear spell "at will" instead of 3 charges, nor does it add Burrow speed to the Movement (which is adding to long stand issues with the movement list).
An issue ive found is that for example the oath of castigation paladin, you get certain spells always prepared at different levels, but they do not appear in the spell list on the character sheet when at the appropriate level
I do not know if this has been posted yet, but at least for the 2014 version of the Oath of Castigation paladin, its oath spells aren't treated as always prepared.
Great Fool Warlock Jester Japes curses, puts the disadvantage icon next to the warlock's dex ability rolls. They don't roll as disadvantaged. Maybe this was meant as a reminder but it gives the impression the warlock has disadvantage.

Not all Starting Equipment, class and/or background, is being added to the character sheet from character creation. It varies but coins, some holy symbols/arcane focus, sometimes costumes, are not being added. Edit, the coins are invisible until a coin is added then they appear.
Can you be more specific? Which class and background did you select? Which Starting Equipment options did you select, and which exact items weren’t added?

Is granting these spells at level 1.

My player's are having the same issue with backgrounds and origin feats. This previously worked correctly.
If I choose the Cultist background and fill out the spells, it does not appear on the main character sheet.
