Yes, optimized and all that… minimally but just because It should not be a total disaster.
Theme : going wild nature theme. Some combo of Barbarian and Ranger and Druid. Git a kick out of PeteNutButter’s old Ultimate Optimizers Multi-classing Guide in Giant in the Playground in the past and found Barbarian and Druid, Barbarian and Ranger, plus Druid and Ranger mixes really drawing me for that theme. So why not go nuts and triple class?
So, decision points are what to start with and how much of all three to include?
My PC levels cap will be 12 (my usual build design limit,) and no more than 5 levels in any one class?
So before I start putting time into this craziness what are your positive thoughts on such a design? Haters of suboptimal designs please skip replying.
I'll start with a v.human, start with 1 in STR and 1 in CON. start with 15/14/13/8/13/8. Starting feat will be dual wielder
Go druid. Go moon druid, and go for two levels. Getting to turn into a bear that attacks twice at lvl 2 is downright oppressive and overpowered, and many would argue to a detriment. Still, if you want optimal, this is the way to go. If you want to be nice to your DM, just leave druid for last, and skip to the next part as your starting point.
Then go 5 levels of beast barbarian, pick up STR at lvl 4.
Then go for five levels of gloom stalker ranger. Since WIS is low, pick up spells that don't rely on WIS. Thankfully, there are a good amount of nice spells that we can effectively use out of combat, or that'll play nicely with our rage like longstrider, pass without trace, goodberry.
If you started druid, don't bother with 5th lvl ranger and just leave it at 4th level, instead, increase druid to lvl 3 for your last level.
The general strategy in combat is to rage and select claws as your transformation. You can attack with all your claws if you'd like, and it's -really- good damage. You'll be able to make four attacks with just your claws. You make two with your main hand claw, one with the extra claw attack you get from the beast feature, and you can use a bonus action to attack with your off-hand claw, which is allowed due to dual wielder feat and gets the STR bonus thanks to two weapon fighting style.

I think something is off with your numbers there. Not sure what. But think you have a point left over. Assuming those are your stats before the racial bonus is applied. But think there is a still one point to be placed, but won't effect the modifier. Only reason it gave me pause was, it appeared to have a bunch of odd numbered stats. Once human racial is applied, it's really only one odd numbered stat.

I don't believe, by RAW, that will work.
Natural weapons are not "wielded" as per the wording of the feat, nor are they truly one handed melee weapons. In the same way this wouldn't work with unarmed strikes. If your wildshape had hands that could wield a weapon, this would work, though. But a bear's claw attacks, for instance, I don't believe this works with.
