My party will soon be facing an enemy with cunning action and a bow. They will also have minion-like allies to hold up front liners so that they can snipe from the shadows without having to spend their cunning action disengaging. Their turn would be something like:
Action- Attack with bow from the shadows (from previous turn hiding)
Move
Bonus Action- Hide
There will be ample hiding spots for the enemy. My question is, after the enemy has used their bonus action to hide (if successful), will the players know which square they are in?
There is a high chance this situation won't occur the way I expect (PC unpredictablity :) but I want to be prepared in case it does.

They know what square he was in up to the point he used a bonus action to hide. If he then continued moving (and did not reveal himself by doing so) they will not know his final position, though they may be able to make an educated guess.

Thank you! How would she keep moving after hiding without revealing her position?

Don't move into a location where it's not possible to remain hidden (RAW doesn't specify what this means; my usual assumption is that it's necessary to have full concealment or total cover to hide, but only partial concealment or cover to remain hidden).
Once the sniper fires, their location is given away. But, giving the sniper the Skulker feat grants a couple advantages in this situation.
The first two benefits would greatly enhance a sniper's concealment by making it even easier to hide and making moving after shooting not required (they still can, but the don't have to).
The sniper NPC should have at least a 13 Dexterity, so the feat pre-req wouldn't be a problem.
