My players and I are wrapping up our first game of Frozen Sick, which is my first time as a DM. We will start a new campaign with Lost Mines of Phandelver and then to Rime of the Frostmaiden.
Is this a good move? Specifically, I am wondering if bringing them to Rime at level 5 means they lose the paranoia and eerieness of the series of beginning Ten Towns quests, thereby ruining the ambiance and environment of the campaign. Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts regarding whether Rime is still good even if you enter it halfway.
