So i am going to start running the Vecna module. I am changing it up a decent amount. Tying it into my player characters more and the individual players. (for example in a different campaign with the same people but different characters I am going to bring in some memorable NPC's that the current Heroes don't know but the players do. Just some easter egg stuff)/
What I am struggling with is the inclusion of the "Secrets" and if its worth keeping.
Did anyone run the campaign and find that the Secrets really helped the players or the story line? Any one run it and find that it detracted or at least didn't add anything?
