In the past I've found that some of the maps have irregularly sized grids - not noticable when visually looking at them, but slightly odd and annoying when trying to align the precise grid of a VTT with the squares on the graphical picture.
The maps are ready, in that they can be saved and loaded into the VTTs, but you will have to do your own walls and monster tokens if you want them on your VTT.

I would assume you can print them out.
However, are the Roll20, or Foundry ready?
