A few of my recent maps that I've released the last few days

I like it a lot. Especially the goblin hideout.

We met upon some unlikely friends, snake folk no less! We could not speak their language, only able to piece together the basics, and their primitive ways seemed most humorous to us, but they seemed good sports. They brought us to their village, which was hidden behind a waterfall! It was very exciting. This evening we have been fed well and kept good company by their fire; they tried to tell us stories, one about their god I believe and said they were to give an offering. Ramsey seemed most interested, a theologian himself somewhat, they painted him up with the blood of a slaughtered snake! It was quite the prank poor fellow. They led him away a while ago, no doubt to talk more on their shared interests of the gods and all that.

They are fantastic, espacially the last one, seems very magical. May I ask which program you use to draw these?

Thank you :) I use Clip Studio Paint primarily to draw all my assets and position them (the entire map is essentially broken up into hundreds of tokens that I've drawn and can move around), I then use photoshop to tweak stuff and add light effects (it's just easier than doing it in CSP).

Thanks folks :) Here's yesterdays maps! A shrine (no doubt beneath some tavern or other... aren't they always?) Shrine to the Chained One, the Elder Elemental Eye, the one, the only *drumroll* Tharizdun! Also have a completely different shrine to Lolth available to my patrons.

 Bad interloper god, got imprisoned by a bunch of other gods, this is his symbol (which I incorporated into the map as part of the blood smear :D )

Make your own legendary Tucker's Kobold death warren filled with traps and tactical kobolds. I can't give you the tactics, but I can give you a blank map and a bunch of trap tokens to make your own warren of misery and death! Check out my bio for the linky link!

But environment art has never been my strong suit. 

Do you plan out your floors and stuff before you draw them out here? Are these used for a campaign you're currently working on? :o

These maps are made as part of my Patreon, so they're just random maps that people might find useful. I'm in my first month releasing content and I'm doing a different theme every month (I make a new map, plus its variations, every day); my first monthly theme is Caverns! As far as the design process goes, with the caverns I've just been making random shapes for the walls, then planning out a few that I might make, but really it just depends when I sit down as to what inspires me and then I just start!

Glad I can inspire you though, go draw maps, whether for other people or just yourself, making maps is pretty awesome and very therapeutic I find.

Thanks gamsii! Been busy with making content and a few places that I post just became a bit too much to manage! Got a bit of a better workflow routine now so should be posting much more regularly :) Speaking of which!
