Genshin impact is an open-world exploration/combat/gatcha/RPG game that has a massive fanbase and a unique magic system. the world is really big, the combat is decently balanced, and the gatcha has terribly unbalanced RNG.
Dragon Prince is an animated tv-show on Netflix, where magic is pretty scarce.

I'll only talk about the Dragon Prince, since I don't know anything about Genshin Impact.
The dragons from the Dragon Prince translate pretty well into D&D, just ignore the alignment. Elves get a little more complicated. You'll probably need to homebrew their powers into D&D, make it so that Moon Elves have resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage from nonmagical sources on the night of the full moon and Sun Elves have resistance to fire damage and add 1d4 fire damage to their melee weapon attacks if they take any fire damage. The humans are humans, but you'd have to change the magic system for characters like Viren or Claudia. Make spells cast by such characters always require material components, and most spells consume the component. arcane focuses can only allow you to cast certain spells without using material components. For example, the storm sphere allows you to cast any stormy-weather-related spell using it, such as Fulmenus or Aspiro.

Going with what Miles said, since I don't watch Dragon Prince, Sun Elves are probably High Elves with a limited use Absorb Elements instead of a cantrip.

Not exactly. They essentially have the ability to transform once per Long Rest into a form where they are immune to fire damage and their weapon attacks deal 1d4 fire damage. They probably also have the elven weapon proficiency. Moonshadow Elves are pretty similar to Wood Elves, and Dark Mages are basically wizards who use magical creatures as their material components.

Late to the party, but as the only commenter who knows only Genshin Impact and nothing of Dragon Prince, I think GI's story has lots of great ideas that translate well to D&D adventures. Bonus points if you can make creature stat blocks for all the enemies in the game.

Pretty sure I saw someone is making a dragon prince rpg, using a non D&D system. You might want to look into that.

I have a weird sense of humor.
I also make maps.(That's a link)

Yeah, it's an official non D&D system that's fairly complicated called 'Tales of Xadia'
I love your idea and as someone who watched The Dragon Prince, I could try to homebrew the stat blocks for all of the elves.
