I’m a decently experienced dm. Been dming for almost 2 years now. A while ago I bought Jaws of the Lion without realizing it wasn’t for dnd, thinking that it was. My bad. I don’t want it to go to waste. I was going to take the story, and make the monsters have dnd mechanics. Homebrew it quite a bit, while still having the story. What are your guy’s thoughts on this?
Why not go the other way around? Use Gloomhaven as the core game and have the players roleplay their characters, do NPC voices, add roleplay scenes. (Sure, it’s expensive if you don’t have core Gloomhaven, but I hear it’s an amazing game, though I haven’t started playing it yet!)
