Hi all, since last time, I've been able to make the Wyvern Tor quest much more interesting - but finishing that up got me thinking.. I was able to include an item that isn't super powerful, helps that user, and still adds some potential really fun value to the campaign.
Aka: I'm planning on giving the Half-Orc in my party a Shield of Expression. They don't have a shield, so this will be their first, and I'm homebrewing it just a tad by making it so that the shield can actually talk and speak to them - but only when directly talked or given permission to.
Items like this might make the campaign way more fun, so I was thinking, why not have the chance to give each member of the party something like that? A magic item that's just really fun, and still relatively useful without making things too easy. As for the rest of the party I need help looking at items for, I've got:
Vampire Barbarian - able to go in sunlight but with disadvantage on some rolls.
Variant-Human Cleric that is VERY Chaotic Good - aka, "the god has told me to kick your ass" etc. etc.
Half-Orc barbarian (Given the shield, no need for ideas for this one)
The Kobold Monk, who carries a little mouse pet with them at all times.
Whether it's official, homebrew, or a mix of the two, I'd love to hear any ideas!

Give them an Orcish Battleaxe. Its a +1 Axe and if you roll a 1, you have to randomly roll to see whom you make an attack including yourself. If you are an orc or half-orc you can pick whom you attack. If there is an elf or half-elf within attack range, an attack against the elf is automatically made. If an Elf or Half-Elf is wielding the axe, then the axe automatically attacks the elf.
You can use it for orcs in the area, wanting the axe back because its a sign of leadership in the tribe. It can be used to expand on the area.
I think the tattoos that were introduced in Tasha's can pretty fun in the right setting, and there are a few that would work for your monk or potentially the barbarian. Depending on the level, eldritch claw and coiling grasp are my favorites.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Vampire Barbarian - Faceless Cloak. This cloak fills the inside of the raised hood with magical darkness while in dim light or darkness. This prevent people from being able to see your face unless they can see through magical darkness.
Human Cleric - Comical Knuckledusters. These brass knuckles fit onto your fingers and cover your knuckles, allowing unarmed attacks to deal a d4. More importantly, they create brief illusionary messages in the air each time you successfully hit someone. "Ka'Pow" "OOF" "Bonk" and the like.
Kobold Monk w/ Pet Rat - Obvious you want: a Bag of Treats. This little bag is empty, weighs 1/2lbs and when you put your hand in it you randomly pull out snacks for a tiny pet animal. The type and variety change each time but always are suitable for the pet you have in mind when putting your hand in. You can sample these snacks, and they're more or less edible, but if you sample more than a bite or two instead of feeding them to your pet the bag stops providing new snacks until dawn the next day.

I'm probably laughing.
It is apparently so hard to program Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul spell-swapping into dndbeyond they had to remake the game without it rather than implement it.
