Did the players decide individually or together that they didn't want to have the ability to heal? Was it accidental or deliberate that there are no healers?
If each individually decided they wanted to be a barb, a rogue a wizard and a hexblade warlock without knowing what the other characters were going to be then point out to the players that having someone with healing can be very useful in the game and a wide variety of classes can heal (the might not have realised Artificers, Bards, divine soul sorcerers and the likes can heal as well as clerics and druids), don't force it on them but ask if anyone would want ot swap out to a healer as it might well prevent a player death.
If they deliberately chose to not have a healer, don't force the issue on them. As others have said make a few (standard) potions available and give them plenty of long rests. Short rests only help a littlre at low levels as characters are level 4 before they recover more than 1 hit dice a day. (Alternatively you could house rule that they get all their hit dice back on a long rest). If the party is small an NPC healer as part of the group is an option, it is rather obvious wht you are doing but you could ask the party if they want that, it might be that they want a healer in the group they just don't want to be that character.
