Minor spoiler for Reach for the Stars from the Keys from the Golden Vault adventure.
In room D23 there is a secret door. 15 feet south of that secret door is a regular door to the same room on the same wall. The PCs have two chances to learn the password to open the secret door in previous rooms, so I am assuming the regular door is a mistake on the map.

Its WotC so the regular door is probably there just in case the PCs don't discover the secret door. If the room is important and you can't see a reason to keep the regular door, go ahead and remove it. If both doors make sense, then keep it. For example, a bedroom might have a secret door to the kitchen, so that if you have to escape the bedroom it takes you closer to an exit point.
I noticed the same thing, and I think this is so silly. I just used my VTT to cover up the normal door with a wall instead. Problem solved. I'm sure they goofed, and no one caught in during peer review/editing.
