My party is moving in to the third act(ish) of the current campaign, which is my first, which is a homebrew adventure I made up. It has been a lot of fun, but I am starting to look ahead to the next campaign. One thing I am working on is my own homebrew campaign setting that I am excited about, but it is not ready, and I have realized I don't have the mental and creative bandwidth to create and run a homebrew campaign AND create my homebrew campaign setting at the same time. So for the next campaign I am looking to use an existing published campaign to rely on to give myself more mental bandwidth to create my own setting more. So I am looking for peoples favorite full published campaigns?
Eve of Ruin is a really good one and it's supposed to be Eleven chapters long (I think), so if your party takes a while, this should give you plenty of time to make that custom homebrew setting. There's also the Tyranny of Dragons campaign bundle, which is what I'm currently running, though it is kinda a fusion of the published campaign and one of my homebrew campaigns. Both have a good story, take some time, can keep your players occupied, and are fun to run.

My favorite campaign settings are EBERRON, GREYHAWK and FORGOTTEN REALMS with published adventures such as Icewind Dale: Rimes of the Frostmaiden, Ghost of Saltmarsh and Eberron: Rising From the Last War.
Of both the ones I’ve run and the ones I’ve played in my favourites are probably Curse of Strahd and Dungeons of Drakkenheim. Strahd is a classic for a reason, great setting, great villains and enough freedom for your players to feel like they’re in a sandbox while the DM still only has to remember one set of lore and prep about a dozen locations. Drakkenheim has a lot of the same advantages, the setting is well thought out with some fantastic locations and factions to play around with but the fact it’s just one city means it’s fairly easy to prep locations and predict where your players are likely to go next

Eve of Ruin would be great, buuuutt the current campaign I am running is already Vecna as the bad guy, lol. We started it and I planned for Vecna to be the bad guy almost a year before Eve of Ruin came out. LOL, i was pretty stunned when that was announced, lol
I've gotta say, I'm a really big fan of'Ghosts of Saltmarsh' - I love the whole Cthulhu-like atmosphere and the sea theme is a breath of fresh air. It also gives you a lot of flexibility (technically it's an anthology). Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh, Danger at Dunwater and The Final Enemy are specifically connected and then you can pick or choose from the others. Salvage Operation is a must play, though. It's such a great little adventure with some really interesting and original mechanics - best time I had at the table.
The old starter set based in Phandalin is great. For a longer adventure, Waterdeep Dragon Heist is a delight.
Ravnica as a massive island city located within the campaign setting you are trying to create would both give you a helping hand and provide an exotic location in the middle of a vast ocean. If your deities aren't ready for prime time, this Island could worship a much smaller more generic pantheon.

Are you looking for material to continue the campaign with the same PCs? What level are they?
OR
Are you looking to start a brand new campaign with new low level PCs?

This would be for a new campaign with new characters. by the time they finish this campaign and face off against vecna I expect they will be level 18 at least, if not maxed out since there are some side adventures they could still do before the end if they opt to follow up on them. So it would be a new campaign with new characters.

Wild Beyond the Witchlight is quite good and more light hearted which can be a nice switch for your players.
Then when they finish the campaign and the mists part, they find themselves in Barovia for a little Curse of Strahd action.
