For medium sized giants and larger beings, human currency is tiny. Even a couple hundred gold coins would be like a sprinkle of sand in their palm. Do your giants use alternative currency?

Money was created so us small folk could trade more easily without lugging heavy bartering goods around. Giants have less of a problem with this and in the games I've been in they seem to barter goods, information, and favors more than trading bigger versions of gold pieces. This also makes interacting and trading with PCs who would find giant-sized coins unwieldy and the PCs' coins puny. Plus, I don't want to deal with exchange rates and all that, haha
They're pocket sized ( for a giant ), edible, and multiply on a compound interest basis if you put them in a "sheep investment account" ( i.e. paddock ).

For this current campaign, I've decided that humanoid creatures that aren't allowed to be part of the societies that work together, you know, elves, dwarves, humans, halflings and so on. There's no reason they are hoarding human money since they never have a place to go and spend it. What good is having a bunch of gold and silver?
Should they have any gold, it would be in the form of jewelry and idols. And only for higher ranking members of their clans or tribes. And it might be crude in nature, and they don't get full value for that gold and silver. It's going to take work to smelt down this gold and get rid of the impurities.
I want money and treasure to be valuable even at higher levels.
So maybe giants don't even bother with human/dwarf/halfling's tiny money, as you have to collect so much of it to make even a decent ring/necklace.
Giant's carry a small cage, in the cage is a goblin, the goblin has a number of bags of holding, each one has a different coin in it. The giant takes out the goblin, shakes it like a salt shaker, and viola, payment processed.
"Where you gonna put it? It's the size of an ox cart."
Even the biggest giant, at 26 feet tall, their bracelet would be at best, like the size of a belt or larger on a medium size creature. So not seeing the problem you are presenting about ox cart sized treasure.

Sheep.

Perfect currency for giants.

Actually it's not a difficult concept. I totally got that it was meant as a humorous response. It just failed to register as such.
Humor isn't hard to understand. Execute, that's a different story.
