I'm looking to simplify XP without going to straight milestones. I wish I could just give .1 or .2 levels or something like that, but that's basically what XP is, except the amount per level changes. I'm looking for a chart that gives XP per player for various difficulties of the encounters. The DMG has the math to create the chart, but I'm wondering whether anyone has made one that I can just print out for quick reference.

I do exactly that. Here is the google doc that I use.
For combat encounters, any hard level encounters @ level 6 - for example - all get a flat 900XP.
Behaviors I wish to encourage are listed on the right. I typically equate these with Easy or Medium combat encounters.
Gauging the difficulty of purely social encounters is something I'm still struggling with.
