So I'm putting together a heavily combat-focused (not to say there is no social interaction, there's plenty) custom rpg based off of D&D 5e.
One factor of these custom rules is that I merged all mental stats (intelligence, wisdom, and charisma) into a single, all-encompassing stat called "tactics".
Now, in this system, players have the ability to create custom attacks that induce status effects (particular conditions) based on the stat being used in the saving throw, as such:
STRENGTH: Restrained
DEXTERITY: Blinded
CONSTITUTION: Poisoned
Now what I need help with is this: I can't settle on a condition that's appropriate for my "tactics" stat, that isn't too OP compared to the other chosen conditions. I need suggestions (and reasoning) for other possible conditions for the tactics save. (In other words, what condition might be inflicted if someone doesn't have a high enough mental fortitude).
If you have any custom conditions you think might work, feel free to suggest those too.

Confused
- Disadvantage on any "Tactics" check.
- Opponents have Advantage to hit.
- Cannot use reactions.
