I am DM. Till now I have been using Roll20 to run my campaigns. Particularly useful now that we have been playing remotely.
Looking at world anvil, I love the capabilities for world creation and campaign management. But here is my question: Is it any good [or even possible] to run a campaign on world anvil remotely? (I can see how on a live-presencial game it would work, but remotely/streaming like roll 20, I haven't find out if is possible or even how]
Also, may be any of you manage/prepare the campaign in word anvil and play in roll20 or Fantasy Grounds?
What are your recommendations on online/remote campaign running and campaign management?
Oh! I see. Virtual desktop to run games like Roll20 or fantasy grounds.
THANK YOU!
Do you know if DND beyond or World Anvil integrate in any way with any of the virtual desktops? (like importing character sheets, monsters, etc) or do you have to do it manually when you prepare the adventure in roll20 or fantasy grounds?
World Anvil does allow you to track the sorts of things DDB allows -- if your players have accounts, and put their characters into WA, you can pull up a DM screen and do rolls through them (no animations) and the like. I've not used it for that, because I use Foundry, but it does have some of those kinds of features.

WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.
Because of the above (a paraphrase from Orwell) I no longer post to the forums -- PM me if you need help or anything.
Highly recommend checking out the Beyond20 extension if you do use Dndbeyond and Roll20. It allows inputs from the former to the latter in an easy to manage way.
