Gives you a basic idea for the dungeon. You can go room to room sketching and adding detail to the map, improving the layout, and put your own spin and additions into each encounter and room.
What i like is you can pick things like mine, stornghold, lair, temple, tomb, etc based on a dungeon theme you are going for, and the descriptions really do it justice. I use Dungeon Painter Studio to then model a nice looking dungeon based around it, but that isn't free unfortunately.
Not sure if you're only looking for digital, but a squared notepad and a pencil works fine just as well. Not putting it out there to be a jerk, but it's just so easy, if you're uncertain how to draw certain elements there are very simple tutorial vids online that get you started.
I am looking for an good dungeon builder with a free verson, any advises?
My first recommendation is to check out Donjon. It is a website with loads of RPG tools, including several for 5e.

Dungeon Scrawl is quite nice, it's in-browser, only trouble is it runs a bit slow with bigger maps.

donjon is the best one: https://donjon.bin.sh/
you need to make sure that the dungeon has a story to it, or a common theme. you also should make sure that it has a good amount of traps.
