The 20-sided die (d20) is used to see whether a character succeeds or fails at a specific task, such as hitting someone with a longsword, not falling off a crumbling cliff, or convincing a shopkeeper to give them a discount. All the other dice are almost exclusively used for determining how much damage something does.

I backed This Kickstarter earlier this year, the dice are expected to ship next month. I think they intend on selling them on the website in the future.

Title hopefully says it all. Basically I just wanna know how to use each dice and how to explain it to my friends when we play. Any help?
