In my campaign, my party slew a succubus and our bard took her enchanted harp (a homebrew item I made).
The succubus's sister wants revenge on the party for slaying her sister, especially the bard that took the harp and the paladin that slew her. I have a way for the succubus to target the human, but i'm struggling a bit on how the succubus can target and mess with the elf bard. She does not sleep technically so that avenue won't work and she's got Cha up the ying yang so i'm kind of struggling here so i thought i'd ask the groups here.
What would be good ways for the succubus to mess with and punish the elf?
Maybe the succubus takes the form of another, better bard and uses her Charisma to outshine the character, gleefully showing her up at every opportunity. If the elf’s frustration and jealousy lead her to lash out at a seemingly helpless minstrel in front of everyone, so much the better! (Of course, the disguise should slip at some point, so the player knows you’re not just screwing with them...but most of the town will just dismiss the elf as an envious rumor-monger!)
Charm the paladin and convince her new friend that the elf is somehow working against the paladin's ideals
Charm other people to heckle the elf bard's performances - potentially causing the bard to make less money or otherwise lose benefit from her public performances. (Especially if she can find a local to charm who just can't sing, but is compelled to sing along.)
Charm a local thief to go and steal back the harp.
Elves don't need to sleep, but aren't immune to it. If your party likes to visit taverns, the Elf might wind up drinking too much and pass out. (Or have something slipped into their drink). Spells, poisons, exhaustion can all be used to justify compromising your Bard.
Re: Cha Saving Throws
While not RAW, you could give the Bard Disadvantage on the Saving Throw by having the Succubus collect a lock of hair, vial of blood, or a valuable memento and use it to create a "hex bag". Basically, this Succubus is going out of its way to target the bard.
The spell Bestow Curse can be used as is, or as a template, for such an effect.
If desperate enough, the Succubus might call in a favor from a Fiendish ally, such as a Night Hag.

That's devious. Maybe have the Succubus, once they have lessened the reputation of the bard, start claiming that the bards songs were all hers, and they stole them.

Thanks in advance!

Send lesser creatures to deal with the elf.

Ooh I never thought of trying to steal the harp back.
