now heres whatt he players in each group came up with... - the system was promoting multiclassing too much, players felt the need to multiclass to get better at stuff. because it was easier to multiclass. - the system was going too fast at the first 5 levels. wiht only the first 5 points you were already level 3. skipping level 2 entirely. - players felt the need to equalise the system instead of using linear progression. - players wanted even more options to spend their experience currency. like buying actual stats points or feats.
heres what we ended up with. mind you the current friday group decided not to use the new update yet and preffer to finish their campaign with old one still. but the other 2 groups just made the switch between the two and are loving it as it is now. so this is where we stand at.
Experience as Currency (version 2.0)
+1 point per objective reached, even hidden ones. +1 point for great role play during the session. Maximum of 5 experience points awarded per sessions. Players can keep remaining experience points after a level up.
