I am trying to homebrew a feat that adds a set amount to spell attack ranges. I know about the Bonus - Spell Attack Range Multiplier, but I need addition. Is there a way to do this, or is there some math wizard way to do this through the multiplier (I doubt that as you can't add variables)?

Reality is more amazing than we are often led to believe.
I don't believe there is; in general we only have access to effects that exist in official rules, and multiplied range is the only one thing that really exists, at least that's implemented in the game, due to the Spell Sniper feat. The Telekinetic feat conditionally increases the range of Mage Hand by 30 feet if you already have it, but I don't think that has actually been implemented.
It sounds like something you would just need to describe and leave for your players to deal with, just make sure it appears in a snippet somewhere so it will appear on the character sheet; if it's something you think they'll use a lot then you might add it as a special action so it appears under actions?
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
