This is my first post on the D&D Beyond forums, but I am a long time lurker on the forums, so please go easy on me.
As a Dungeon Master, One of our parties' players has proficiency with Alchemist's supplies, and is trying to make a Potion of Healing.
I am familiar with with the standard potion making rules, however I'd like to expand on said rules and hopefully have a specific set of materials required to make said potion.
If possible, I'd like not just potions of health, but other potions such as Giant Strength, Comprehension, etc.
Hi all,

Toss your ideas around!
Do you want "real" ingredients - i.e. IRL ingredients or ingredients with existing D&D lore? Or just any kind of made up ingredient that sounds cool?
It doesn't matter, but anything that makes sense and is in the price range of the materials required for using alchemy tools.
Bloodwart fugus = regular healing potion
Dragon blood = greater healing potion
powdered unicorn horn + crushed pixie wings = potion of flying
pickled Babblefish eyes = potion of comprehension
Air elemental essence = bottled breath
powdered unicorn horn + dragon blood = Elixir of Health
water dryad urine + hair of a displacer beast = oil of etherealness
Do you mean something like this?
