Consider the spells Demiplane, Mighty Fortress, Maze and Magnificent Mansion as examples of spells that might work like this. None of those are 9th level spells but Maze gets a single enemy into a demi-plane and Magnificent Mansion gives an area thats beneficial to the caster and hostile to their enemies.
For something like Reality Marble, I'd put it at 9th level, closing off a certain area around the caster and regarding those within to be inside a demiplane, with all the rules that entails about trying to leave it, get out, be detected, etc. Some benefits to the caster or hazards to those hostile to the caster (possibly hostile to everyone except the caster) then set it as a concentration spell ending and returning everyone to the previous plane of existence when it ends.

I'm totally blown away by the idea of reality marbles from Fate/Stay Night. Google it and YouTube it, to figure out what it is.
For enemies I think it would function as a once per day spell the provide a lairbe and grants lair actions.
I'd love to do something simliar so that each npc can have one. Can it done with out making it over powered?
