Synergy Attacks: As a bonus action, a PC can ask up to 2 other PCs/NPCs/DMPCs to use their attacks all at once and deal a little extra damage (the attack that happens after the call for help counts as each PC's action). They have a limited use pool of 10 per session and require a few things on the player's end in order to work.
In order to function, the characters must have a good relationship in the game world. At least a 11/20 points. These points are kept track of by the DM who grades in character interactions by subtracting or adding points to the tally.
The Players in question must come up with an awesome description of what they're doing and how they plan for it to go down. They tell it to the DM who then chooses whether or not they can based off of how awesome the description was.
They need to roll well. If (say a shield jump) the person holding the shield rolls a 2 then the proceeding jump on the part of the other PC automatically fails and the use is used up.
The point count effects
0-5: The PCs have a hard time working together and are slightly hostile to one another. They cannot do the Synergy Attack if the other one is involved even if they have a good relation with the PC asking them. When they are in each other's presence, they either ignore each other completely (which gives them disadvantage in Wisdom and Charisma checks) or are at each other's throats (which give them disadvantage in Strength and Dexterity checks).
6-10: The PCs are neutral about the other. No Synergy Attack and no disadvantages while in presence.
11-15: The PCs are friendly to each other. They can now preform a low level Synergy Attack. When accepted by the DM, the players roll for damage like normal but then add 1/4 of what the max damage could be to the total damage dealt. (If a Spell, add 1/2 the spell attack modifier or 1/8 max damage).
16-20 The PCs are great friends with one another and trust each other with their lives. They can now use a High Level Synergy attack. The players now instead do 1/2 the max damage. (If spell add full Spell Attack Modifier or 1/4 max damage).
