Hi I didn't know where else to post this and I really wanted some opinions and to see if it's even a good idea or not or unless someone already invented the idea. So The idea for the language would be called Scout's Code. Basically it's like Thieves cant but instead you would be making animal shapes and on the field like during combat or in the wilderness you can make arm motions like the silent signals from the boy scouts. Basically only rangers know The language but every other class can identify it. The language itself wouldn't have a written form and wouldn't have any codes that can be left behind to make it more balanced between Thieves cant and Scout's Code.

That could be something a party spends downtime on, developing the code amongst themselves or something.
But yeah, it makes sense to me you could have a selectable language proficiency with Ranger's Cant or whatever you name it.
