Hey, I have a homebrew weapon, and I want to see how people view it. For context, my friend made a stupidly unfair campaign, saying that it would be nearly impossible to win. Therefore, he gave us the ability to use homebrew, and we are using it to make stupidly unfair things to make it more fair.
This weapon has a +30 to hit, and deals 100d100 irreducible void damage on a hit. This weapon has the Thrown property with a range of 120ft/500ft.
I Win. When you roll initiative, you can choose to go first regardless of what you roll.
No I Won't: When you are forced to make a saving throw you can choose to automatically succeed on the save.
Go Away: When you hit a creature with a melee attack with this weapon, you can also push them up to 500 ft away from you.
Throw Though Time: When you hit a creature with a ranged attack, roll a 2d10, the creature vanishes and reappears in its current location after a number rounds equal to the result of the roll. The weapon reappears in your hand after the attack
Nuclear Option: You can use an action to strike the ground causing this weapon to explode in a blast of impossible power. Each creature within 1 mile of the point of impact must succeed on a DC 50 Constitution saving throw taking 200d10 fire damage + 200d10 radiant damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. When a creature ends its turn in the area of this effect, it gains 1 point of exhaustion.
But more seriously, why are you playing in this game? What is the point? Just leave and find yourself a new game and a new DM, stop wasting your time and energy on something you clearly aren't enjoying.
It's my friend's campaign, and I want to play DND with my friends. Also, I am enjoying it. I just keep telling him that it shouldn't end up being so difficult, but he told me that we were meant to start at lvl 15, to make it more fair. He forgot to tell us. Although, it's going to be near impossible to win, because he said something about a god that will give us a challenge, and if we can't complete the series of tasks within a set amount of time, we die. No saving throws, no specifications on how we die (to be saved by some ability (e.g., immunity to disease or something.).), nothing. We just, die. So, I made it that this sword basically stops death. I'm going to probably reword it though, because technically, the current wording won't save us.

You are clearly not enjoying it otherwise you wouldn't be trying to subvert the design of the DM. If you enjoy playing basketball, you don't go into the game with a pair of scissors so you can cut into the ball to deflate it. Either accept the deadliness and embrace the challenge, or talk to the DM and tell them you refuse to play if your character is going to die, or quit the game. Going "Well if you make it hard, then I'll just make my character broken, so there :P" is not a good way to go about things, because the DM is god of the world. If the DM want to the game to be deadly they will just say "Nuh-huh, that thing you made vanishes b/c the god giving you the challenge says so, so there :P". You can never beat the DM no matter what ridiculously OP homebrew you invent because the DM is the god of the game, they can change any and all rules to make the game what they want it to be no matter what you do.
Really, I think the game you guys are playing is one with one and only one rule: Everyone can cast Wish to do whatever they want whenever they want with no penalties. Why bother with mechanics or rules at all if everyone can make up whatever homebrew they want?

Here is a link to the Google doc of the weapon. ---> Tri-Flame Scimitar <---
How about this one instead:

Maybe, but still, I want to give it a shot. Any ways, his campaign has been fun so far.
