I'm making a homebrew species with natural armor based on their CON modifier. When unarmored (shields okay), the natural armor for the species should be 13 + CON.
Trouble is, that's not what's happening. I seem to have it set to permanently AC13 (before factoring in shields and such), so the CON modifier isn't being added to the AC on the character sheet.
For the species' modifier, I have it set up as Set > Unarmored Armor Class > Fixed Value "3", which is what got me to AC13 as the base. But, what I'm realizing now is the CON modifier isn't set up. Is this not possible as a homebrew feature – thereby necessitating I/my player just track it on the character sheet itself?
