I want to make a +1 Longsword, that is instead a +2 Longsword when facing Goblinoids. When I added the second modifier, it summed the modifiers together on the character sheet, so the attack shows a permanent +3, can I make it conditional so that is shows a second line (like a versatile weapon) for goblinoids?

I don’t think that is possible. Usually when weapons have a conditional bonus, it’s written in the description.
”this weapon grants an extra +1 to attack and damage rolls against goblinoids” is how I would word it.
