Look at the amount of stuff going on in your race, and look at the amount of stuff going on in a regular race. You base race is already OP as hell, and the Arcanaloth could basically be an OP race on their own, without all the base race stuff they get on top of that.
I must say I really like the ideas you have here, but it is true that in their current state they're impossibly OP. Something I'd do is just allow players to choose 2 features from the general list and another 2 from the specific type of yugoloth so it can feel powerful without being downright unfair. Plus, you're giving them the chance to customize their character, that's a win in my book
I would lie your opinion on the following race! https://www.dndbeyond.com/races/213597-yugoloth. I tried to make it as balanced as possible while staying true to the yugoloth's power.

They seem like great NPC monsters, not so well balanced as a playable race.
Really, really OP. I can't imagine any DM allowing this.
PM me the words tomato and/or banana!
Check out my homebrew.
I love dragons.

Telepathy, blindsight, and magic resistance alone are powerful enough to make it OP. The rest is even more fuel.
