How do you add feat prequisites like "Intelligence or Wisdom higher than 13". Adding both Intelligence and Wisdom would result in requiring Intelligence and Wisdom of 13 or higher.
Sadly asking us not to say it doesn't mean it won't be the answer 😝
Enforced prerequisites are always "and" logic; you need to meet all of the requirements, and there's currently no way to change that.
The only other option is, when adding the prerequisite you only fill in a description (e.g- "Intelligence or Wisdom of 13 or higher") and don't set a sub-type. This means the prerequisite won't be enforced, but you'll still get a line of text telling the player what it should be, so it'll be up to them to stick to it or not. The UI will tell you you "must" add a sub-type, but you don't actually have to.
If you want an enforced prerequisite then multiple feats (one for Intelligence, one for Wisdom) is the only way at this time time.
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.

Also please don't say "copy a feat".
Since you said to not use "copy a feat" as the answer, that was the first thing I did. Copied & modified Wood Elf Magic. It worked to only require Int or Wis to be 13+.
Then I made a new homebrewed feat from scratch, manually set to be exactly like the modified WEM. It still worked.
I made two separate prerequisites, one for Int of 13+, and another for Wis 13+. Tested against a character with 12 for both abilities (didn't show), and against one with only one as 13+, and both as 13+ (showed for all 3).
I then made a new feat from scratch, like the previous one & adding a subrace requirement of Wood Elf. I could see this feat with 1 or more of Int 13+, Wis 13+, or Wood Elf.
If you want to do AND pre-reqs, add types/subtypes to the same Prerequisite. If you want to do OR pre-reqs, create multiple Prerequisites.
Huh, in that case I stand corrected; I didn't realise you could even add multiple sub-types to a prerequisite, it's not the most friendly UI (and gives conflicting messages and warnings).

I agree, The DDB homebrew section could definitely use a step up in the UX department. I couldn't find a reference on how to create OR rules anywhere either, I had to use a existing example & replicate it. And even when it works, there is no indication within the homebrew that it will work that way, you just have to test & retest until you get what you're looking for.
Most important point: Do not change a existing homebrew to test, because there is a lag time to server updates being pushed thru. Make a new homebrew with the change you want to test. Then when you're done, delete the homebrews that didn't work to clean up the interface.

Thanks! The reason I can't copy is I don't even have the PHB on dndbeyond, which means I only have the grappler feat
