The wave of thunder washes over the two skitterers, momentarily dropping one of them, thought it staggers back to its feet, bleeding freely from its ears and nose, its shrieking and gibbering shifting more to pained moans.

The leader seems to curse the hulking one moving away, and turns their attention to the shouting BB. They raise their staff, an shimmering orb growing around its end before lancing towards the grinning upstart.

Bolt, growling as she recovers from the stunning blow, lashes out at the gibbering creatures around her, striking first at the one left barely standing by BB's jolt with an almost contemptuous backhanded swing of her axe, followed by an over-head swing down towards the creature to her west.  "I don't like these things.  Make my insides itch."  Jerking her chin at the portly creature that just tossed magic at BB, she continues, "Could go after that one if you want the head.  Looks too fat to run away from your ugly mug.  Be running a long ways though."
