Kenny does not spot any one else waiting by the side of the road, and Kosef is a little distracted by the bullywugs.
OOC: Feel free to place yourselves anywhere on the grid. The bullywugs did appear suddenly, but you have a little time before they are fully at the road to set up. Kenny is up first.
Kenny dismounts and takes his horn in his off-hand and blows a long, low note - treating it as a focus to cast invisibility. Once invisible, he will use all remaining movement to head to row "I" and as far left as possible. Drawing his longsword he will wait for the next turn, invisible.

Sir Evendur astride Bayard is waiting in the middle of the road (E9) with his lance and shield ready, allowing the frogmen to have at him. "Come and fight me you slimy molluscs." He calls out to draw their attention away from his companions.
(If he had time for it Evendur would have made his lance sacred as the Bullywugs emerged from the forest. How do we handle flanking in this game, can't remember.)

OOC: Flanking... If it is an optional rule I think skip. I will look it up in the books. I will say Evendur did not have time. The main frog approaching thing is just giving you all the ability to place yourselves and no one is surprised.
The bullywugs ribbit exclamations when Kenny disappears and seem troubled. But they quickly turn their attention to the remaining people. The entire group moves towards the other three, and after having rushed towards them, throw their spears.
They seem very proud of themselves after having launched their weapons, even though they are now separated from them, and they make mocking noises at anyone who is hit by a spear. The other travellers make terrified noises in the background.

Evendur easily blocks a spear with his shield, seeing three more falling short of their target. He calls upon his divine powers, blessing his lance, staying by Kosef's side. "Let them come to us brave Kosef." He says in a calm voice, readying his lance for the charge of the frogmen and his shield to protect his companions.

Kosef didn't succeed in batting all the spears down. He is bleeding. "I'm sorry, Evendur," he says. "I don't think I can wait."
He will move to D6 and attack with his great sword: Attacking D5: 20 to hit for 14 damage. (GWM BA if necessary, targeting E5: 13 to hit for 12 damage).
Kendes's eyes widen as four spears come hurtling at him. Arms extended, he leans backwards until he's almost parallel to the ground, bobbing and weaving as the spears fly past him in almost slow motion, dodging each one. Straightening up, he scrubs at his chin with a grim look as the tattoos along his arms curl and writhe, coming to life. "Oh, now you asked for it"he tells the bullywugs, springing forward.
(BA: Eldritch Maul, 10 rounds) Move to A5, 20 ft)
He lashes out with his staff at the nearest bullywug (B2), but the coiled tattoos that follow the staff's motion is sluggish. Attack: 10 Damage: 10
Grunting in annoyance, Kendes retreats away from their spears, moving back 15 feet to Evendur, in whose shield he trusts. (D7)

Kenny moves to I3 and slashes at the back of Bullywug (H4), reappearing and hopefully startling the frogmen. "Have at you, scoundrels!" he taunts, and blows his horn again for good measure.

The bullywug Kendes attacks manages to block him, and makes a taunting ribbiting noise. The bullywug Kosef attacks is not so lucky, and is instantly killed before it can even raise its shield. The nearest bullywug makes a startled ribbit before it is also killed, and the bullywugs start ribbiting angrily at Kosef. Unseen by the angry bullywugs, Kenny is able to strike one from behind, cutting through its poorly made armour and drawing blood. It makes an angry ribbit, and turns around to deal with the new threat.
The bullywug injured by Kenny and two of its companions turn around to face the horn player. Without spears, they are only able to rely on their tiny row of upper teeth, and attempt to bite him, as well as punch him. Bite Attacks: Attack: 19 Damage: 5, Attack: 21 Damage: 2, Attack: 22 Damage: 2 Punch Attacks: 19, 21, 22. Punching Damage: 2 for each successful punch
Three of the bullywugs move as far away from Kendes and Kosef as possible, disliking the strange glowing and large sword. They head towards their spears and pick them up from the ground.
Another bullywug heads towards Evendur with confidence, unimpressed that he did not participate in the first attack. The bullywug tries to punch Evendur, and follows up that attack with a bite. Bite: Attack: 19 Damage: 5 Punch: 18, Damage: 2
The last three bullywugs seem a bit braver, and rather than retrieve their weapons they approach Kosef and Kendes. The bullywug in C6 attempts to make threatening eye-contact with Kosef before punching at him and trying to bite him. Bite: Attack: 23 Damage: 6 Punch: 18, Damage: 2
The other two try a similar approach to Kendes. Bites: Attack: 15 Damage: 3, Attack: 11 Damage: 3 Punches: 8, 11, Damage: 2 each

Kosef's wounds are in the back of his mind; mostly he is alarmed by having bullywugs on his left and right. He attacks C6: 7 to hit for 14 damage. (GWM BA if necessary, targeting E6: 9 to hit for 16 damage).
Kenny sees his allies in the distance taking on the bulk of the frogmen. He raises his horn to his lips and blows a long, loud note. (Bonus Action, granting 1d6 Bardic Inspiration to Kendes)
He then smiles to the three bullywugs in front of him, blowing three short notes and then vanishing with a curt bow - casting invisibility again. He will then move around and behind them to F7.
Any attacks of opportunity they make should be at disadvantage due to his invisibility. But if any look close to landing a hit, he will mock them with a "Oh... Evendur skewers his bullywug opponent, killing him instantly. Kosef is also able to injure his target, but the bullywug manages to stay alive. It is much less sure of itself now though, especially when Kendes' magic-enhanced staff kills its nearest companion. Kendes is able to also injure one of the spear-wielding bullywugs, killing it as well. Kenny vanishes from sight, leading to angry ribbiting from his attackers. They strike wildly at where they think he is, trying to get him before he gets away. The bullywug Evendur approaches attempts to dodge out of the way, and succeeds in avoiding his shield.
OOC: Checked how to attack invisible creatures and learned need to be seen for opportunity attacks, so Kenny is safe.
The three bullywugs attacking Kenny turn their attention to Evendur, who has proven to be a threat. They are not very fast, however, and only one is able to get close enough to attack the knight (F6). The bullywug tries to bite at Evendur, and then tries to hit him with its fist. The bullywug Evendur tried to knock over also bites and punches at him, making irritated ribbiting noises as it does so. Bites: Attack: 11 Damage: 5, Attack: 12 Damage: 3 Punches: Attacks: 8, 22, Damage: 2 each
The bullywug in C6 turns his attention to Kosef and continues to kick and bite at him.
The two bullywugs with spears menacingly approach Kendes, feeling they have the upper hand now that their spears have been returned to them. (Kendes is still in 7D, all of his melee weapons have 15 feet reach. I imagine the bullywugs would have had the movement to get right up on him still, they're all just a little closer to everyone else now, though.)
Once again, Kendes continues to float like a jellyfish, but sting like a manta ray, dodging the spears being thrust at him with alacrity and almost alarming flexibility, partly fueled by Kenny's musical encouragement. "You may be amphibians, but there is only one king of the sea,"he shoots back at the bullywugs, knowing full well that they can understand the gist of his threat just fine because of his triton ability as an Emissary of the Sea. "Run, or die here like the tadpoles you are!"
He punctuates his threat with another series of attacks.
